As a birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My services include prenatal visits to help you prepare, continuous labor support with comfort measures and advocacy, and open communication via phone, text, or email. I collaborate with your partner and medical team to create a calm, informed birthing experience. As a postpartum doula, I support families as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering care tailored to your daily needs. This can include feeding and sleep guidance, baby care, light housework, emotional support, healing assistance, and more. I aim to nurture new parents, foster confidence, and help ease the transition into parenthood.
