Clients per month: 3 to 6 births and 1 to 5 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I work with, not for my clients. You are always the expert of your body and experience. I use ancestral knowledge, plant medicine, and body based practices to support healing. My work is gender, inclusive, LGBTQIA plus affirming, and trauma informed. I honor, spiritual, and cultural traditions of all kinds will never imposing my own. If you need it customized offering, let’s create something that works for you.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

Volunteer work with the St. John’s Food Share- supporting food security in the north Portland area. Volunteer work with Equitable Giving Circle- supporting food security in North East Portland area every Thursday. They also have a wonderful walking group every Saturday for community building. Program assistant for the Oregon Doula Association- advocating educating and eating an access for Traditional Heath Workers and doulas across the entire state of Oregon.
