Includes three prenatal visits: Visit 1: Building connection, discussing birth desires, hopes, and fears, and creating birth preferences aligned with your values. Visit 2: Labor preparation, hands-on comfort measures and positions, partner support, and review of tools I bring to labor, including finalizing preferences such as essential oils and massage techniques. Visit 3 (optional): Accompaniment to a prenatal or doctor’s visit for communication support, advocacy, and preparation with your care team. On-Call Support On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until birth. Labor & Birth Support Up to 12 hours of continuous labor support plus 2 hours of immediate postpartum support, providing emotional, physical, and informational care. Induction Support For scheduled or multi-day inductions, it includes daily in-person support and continuous labor support once active labor begins through birth. Postpartum Support One postpartum visit before your 6-week appointment.
