Idara was our daytime doula in the first 5 weeks postpartum with my first baby and I would recommend her to anyone wholeheartedly. She was truly a godsend to me, a new parent without family in the area. She is knowledgeable about newborn care (GREAT with babies), empathetic to my struggles/joys, and a helpful thoughtpartner for problem solving newborn issues. From the moment I met her, I trusted Idara inherently wiht our baby. She was incredibly effective soothing, monitoring, and entertaining our baby with patience and care. Idara is able to really tailor her care to what you need, whether that is an extra set of trustworthy hands to take care of baby while I caught up on sleep, or a charistmatic partner to discuss your experience joys and struggles with. Her demeanor is kind, calm, and generous -- she was an absolute joy to be around and a pleasure to have in our home. We miss her and wish we could have had her daily for many months!

Idara was a lifesaver! From the moment she stepped into my home, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance. She was so good with my little one - gentle, attentive, and intuitive. Idara provided overnight support and I felt complete trust and comfort having restful nights with her taking care of the baby.   

Idara was consistently punctual, communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I'm so grateful for her support during such a tender and important time for our family. Highly, highly recommend!
