Doula Training

Type of practice: On-call doula service

Clients per month: 0 to 3 births and 2 to 5 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I do not attend home births; I provide support exclusively for hospital births. My practice focuses on prenatal and postnatal support, fitness coaching, and overall well-being during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I have been actively involved in volunteer work for many years. I started at 14, volunteering on ambulances until I graduated, and later supported patients with disabilities through the Order of Malta. After moving to Vancouver, I volunteered with Mom to Mom and St. Paul’s Hospital. Though my life is now busier, I always find ways to care for someone in my community or neighborhood.

I strive to provide compassionate and personalized support for every family. My fees vary depending on the type of care needed, including free prenatal and postnatal consultations, hospital birth support, and fitness coaching for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I offer flexible packages and individual sessions to accommodate different needs and budgets. Please feel free to reach out, I would be happy to discuss options that best support you on this journey. Even if I am not present during the birth, I am committed to offering ongoing support to you and your partner during this transformative time.
