Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I attend your birth no matter where you choose to birth or if your birth plans change and you need to transfer to a hospital (as long as the hospital policy allows doulas to attend, I will be there)

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I attend births at birth centers and I can meet you at home first or meet you at the birth center, depending upon what you need and how quickly your labor is progressing.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I attend home births and will come to your home for support whenever you need me.

As a Birth Doula and Perinatal Strength Coach, I support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a blend of emotional care, evidence-based education, and functional movement training. My approach helps you feel strong, confident, and connected—treating birth like the powerful event it is.
