Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I attend your birth no matter where you choose to birth or if your birth plans change and you need to transfer to a hospital (as long at the hospital policy allows doulas to attend, I will be there)

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I attend births at birth centers and I can meet you at home first or meet you at the birth center, depending upon what you need and how quickly your labor is progressing.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I attend home births and will come to your home for support whenever you need me.

Fee Details

I offer Birth Doula services and Perinatal Strength Coaching to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My approach blends emotional, physical, and informational support with strength and mobility training to prepare you for birth like the athletic event it is. You'll build functional strength, body awareness, and breath connection for a smoother birth and recovery. I offer a combined package for $2,100, which includes a 3-month prenatal/postpartum strength program and full Birth Doula support. Doula services alone are $1,800 and include two prenatal sessions, birth planning, in-person labor support, and two postpartum visits.
