Isabella's care as my doula made my pregnancy and birth feel far more manageable than I expected. She is warm, empathetic, communicative and dependable. I highly recommend Isabella as a doula. 

Throughout my pregnancy, she checked-in on me and gave me resources to advocate for myself with my health-care provider. She also did a great job of understanding what my fears and desires were for my birth and tailored her approach to that. Before working with her, I saw birth as mostly a negative experience that was going to happen to me and focused on the worst case secnarios. However, she sent me evidenced-based resources and positive birth stories to help me reframe my mindset. 

Isabella was an invaluable support in the days leading up to my delivery. She set clear expectations for what communication and support would look like and delivered on that. Throughout the experience, Isablela served as a thought partner, but never imposing a viewpoint on me. Even though I had a difficult labor (because what birth is perfect?), I felt supported by her through every step of the process.

She also made my delivery experience a more positive one than I would have expected; making the room feel more comforting and inviting me to read a letter out loud that I had written to myself before to support myself in this moment. She also took photos during the delivery, which I now turn to now to remember the experience. I didn't think that I would have wanted these things until I experienced them.

I appreciate Isabella being on the journey with me from the beginning; it would not have been the same without her support.

Isabella is fantastic - so warm and compassionate. I trusted her immediately with my daughter (5 weeks old). She truly brought me back to life during a difficult postpartum period, anticipating my every need. In addition to being very skilled as a doula, her cooking is delicious. My daughter loved her and found her very soothing. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Isabella is an absolute gem. From our very first interview, I knew she was someone special, and meeting her in person only confirmed it. She radiates warmth, kindness, and a deep passion for her work. Her love for babies shines through in everything she does, and her gentle, compassionate nature made both my daughter and me feel instantly at ease.

As a first-time mom, I had a million questions, and Isabella answered every single one with patience, empathy, and expertise and was happy to do research if she didn't have an answer. Never once did she make me feel silly for asking her all the questions. She supported me through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and even taught me how to use my pump. Her guidance was invaluable.

But Isabella’s care extended far beyond baby basics. She made sure I was nourished, hydrated, and emotionally supported every step of the way. Her culinary skills are amazing—she whipped up fun, delicious snacks and even remembered my favorites as time went on. Her presence in our home was comforting, uplifting, and genuinely enjoyable.

Isabella wasn’t just a support for my daughter, she was a support for me. Her companionship, knowledge, and unwavering kindness made a profound difference in my postpartum journey. I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is lovely in every way and made me feel so safe and cared for from the very beginning.

If you have the chance to work with Isabella, take it. You’ll be so glad you did.

When we brought our baby home from the hospital, we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and more than a little panicked to be responsible for a brand new human. Luckily, Isabella came for her first visit with us the very next day. Isabella's calm confidence and knowledge was the antidote to our new parent fears. With utmost kindness, she guided us through meeting the needs of our newborn while also making sure I was also taking care of my own postpartum needs. With every visit, we felt our own confidence as baby caretakers grow.

In addition to the invaluable emotional support and baby knowledge, Isabella also helped us in practical ways each visit. She made us delicious and nutrious food, helped us stay on top of baby laundry, and was an extra set of hands for other household tasks. Our favorite was the "energy bites" she made almost every visit by our request and she even took the time to write down the recipe for us so we can keep making them ourselves.

While I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Isabella, I will end with this: She is just a really cool person to talk to and someone you don't at all mind having in your home during a vulnerable time. She has a incredible commitment to community which I admire, has a wide range of interests, and never once made us feel awkward or inadequate. We looked forward to each visit from Isabella beyond the incredible help she provided.

I would recommend Isabella's doula services to friends, family, or strangers in a heartbeat and without a single reservation!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Isabella as our postpartum Doula. We worked with two Doulas concurrently, one at night and one during the day (Isabella). Working with both concurrently helped put in perspective just how lucky we were to find Isabella. 

She is proactive, thoughtful, attentive and knowledgable. She prepared delicious and healthy meals that helped us focus on spending time with our newborn son, she prepared hot tea to support my wife during breastfeeding, and she seemlessly rotated from supporting mom, our son, or even our daughter whenever it made sense throughout the day. She flexibly helped where help was most needed rather than adhering to a particular set of tasks. 

We also found it very easy to work with Isabella on the admin tasks around scheduling and Carrot reimbursements. She is communicative, organized and professional. 

We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any growing family. We will be genuinely sad when our contract is up and she moves on, so much so that we've explored how we might work together again down the line.
