Natasha was the best doula I could've asked for for my second birth and successful VBAC!! From the beginning, she listened to my first, traumatic birth story with empathy and made me feel safe. Even when I doubted myself or needed reassurance in the third trimester, Natasha never wavered in her confidence that a VBAC was within reach for me. Her positivity and insight kept me calm and grounded. She was also really generous with her time- both before birth and in her postpartum visit. She has the best energy and I'm so grateful she was part of my birth team. She was proactive during my labor and, along with my midwife, helped suggest positions for me to labor in. As a bonus, she also captured amazing photos immediately after birth that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend Natasha enough. She will always be a special part of my VBAC experience.

It's been a pleasure working with Anastasia and Natasha and highly recommend them! Anastasia was my doula and Natasha ended up being my home birth asst. midwife. From the interview/consultation period to post-partum, they both were very helpful, empathetic and supportive while giving me space to experience the full spectrum of emotions related to pregnancy and child birth. Anastasia was very sweet, positive and went above and beyond to support my experience. She was communicative and prompt to any questions/concerns I had + shared a lot of resources to help. I'm so glad we decided to work with Little Sparrow team and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Anastasia and Natasha. They work together as a team. One of them becomes your doula the day of birth, depending on their availability. Anastasia was our doula the day of the birth and she was wonderful. She helped the baby descend into my pelvis. Her calm and kind presence made a huge difference throughout labor.

During the complicated repair after delivery, she stayed by my side, holding my hand. Later, both her and Natasha helped me make sense of what had happened during birth and explained why several attempts at pain control hadn’t worked for me, which was very helpful for my emotional recovery.

After the birth, Anastasia taught me how to breastfeed and pump at our first postpartum visit. She also taught my spouse how to feed and diaper the baby while we were at the hospital.

I am deeply grateful for Anastasia and Natasha's knowledge, kindness, and support, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We were lucky enough to work with Natasha in preparation for our first birth. She felt warm and familiar from  our first meeting. The prenatal visits were a great opportunity to continue getting to know each other and for my husband to learn/ask questions. Once my labor began, Natasha was immediately available for me by phone and met us at the hospital once I was admitted. Her quiet, steadfast support made me feel capable and strong. Her knowledge of various positions and coping strategies helped me work through painful contractions. Ultimately, I required a c-section but Natasha stayed many extra hours to ensure I was safe in recovery prior to leaving. Her physical presence was so comforting and I cannot imagine her not being there. We are very grateful to her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends looking for doula services in the future.

Natasha was an incredible support during the prenatal period through postpartum. I really appreciated the two sessions prior to delivery to discuss preferences, but even more so, I valued all the knowledge she has where I could explore options with her. As a first time pregnant person, this was truly invaluable! Natasha is an excellent listener and communicator, and I really appreciated her open-minded approach. It turned out I needed a cesarean for medical reasons, and without any judgment, she  pivoted seamlessly into supporting me & my partner through it. She brought aromatherapy items to help relieve anxiety too which was helpful. She provided excellent guidance to my partner when I was in the OR. She also provided a session of support after birth which was incredibly helpful while working through the adjustment to home life. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know for doula services, and I am so incredibly grateful I found her to guide me through my journey!

Working with Natasha was one of the highlights of my prengancy and delivery.

I love that her approach (and ongoing training as a midwife) meant that she shared a mix of clinical, practical, and heartfelt, time honored technique. She offered me such valuable advice about body care while pregnant, was ALWAYS avaible via text for any passing question, made sure to check on us during milestones, and helped us with suggestions for systems to implement in our home to make postpartum as peaceful as possible.

Having Natasha (and Anastasia, her doula partner) by my side during active labor instilled such an overwhelming sense of calm in the delivery room. Both doulas offered guidance and information that let me make all the deciscions I needed with confidence.

Natasha unquestioningly supported our queer family, fitting in like a knowledgable friend or older sibling. And we had the BEST time getting to know. her during all of our pre and postpartum visits.

Could not recommend Little Sparrow, Natasha, or Anastasia more as doulas.

Our experience with Natasha was outstanding from start to finish. It was clear from our first informational that she was incredibly knowledgeable and took an evidence based approach to her practice. On top of her deep experience as a doula, she is also training me a midwife - WOW! This resonated with us and was ultimately why we wanted Natasha to be our Doula for our first birth.

Throughout the pregnancy, Natasha was available for questions (small and large) and ensured we were fully prepared on what to ask our provider  at prenatals and what to expect at the birth. She even counseled us on changing providers at 36 weeks (which was the best decision we could have ever made).

As we approached the birth and early labor we were in constant contact. She provided ongoing support as we labored at home and guided us on when we should head into the hospital at active labor. My husband actual called Natasha from triage (we weren't fully in active labor - we were close), but he needed her support and she came immediately. This was above and beyond the standard of care I expected. Natasha was there with us in the hospital every step of the way. We could not have been more grateful.

Our birth, as with any, had some ups and downs but was ultimately very peaceful. We welcomed our son exactly the way we wanted with laughter and ease. I can say with the utmost confidence that this would not have been possible without Natasha's guidance and support every step of the way. Additionally, because the pregnancy and delivery was calm and peaceful - it set the stage for a similar post partum. I wouldn't be as lucky if we had not worked with Natasha.

Natasha was recommended to me by another doula when I was around 30 weeks pregnant with my second child. From our first phone consultation, I realized she would be the perfect addition to my birth team. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. In our prenatal visits, she worked with my husband and I to come up with a birth plan and helped us feel prepared and confident for the birth. During labor, she was a calm and comforting presence. Natasha also supported us throughout postpartum by checking in and coming to our home for a visit. We are beyond grateful to Natasha for helping us welcome our baby into the world.

Even though this was my second birth, having Natasha as my doula made such a difference. From the very beginning, she brought such warmth, knowledge, and reassurance to every meeting we had. She took the time to answer all of my questions, talk through different possibilities and scenarios, and help me feel truly prepared. Her calm and grounding presence was exactly what I needed. You can tell that her passion for birth work runs deep—her training as a midwife shows in how knowledgeable and confident she is, but it’s her kindness and intuition that make her so special. I felt completely supported every step of the way! I would wholeheartedly recommend Natasha to friends, family, or anyone looking for a doula.

I knew we wanted a doula to be my advocate during labor and to prepare us for the birth process and Natasha was referred to me by two people! We immediately felt she was a doula expert and love that she’s becoming a midwife as well. She easily educated us about so many different birth possibilities,  never judged a preference and started some great conversations between my husband and I that we didn’t even think of. During the labor, she was a very calming presence and helped make the room vibe exactly what we wanted. My labor progressed at a nice pace and Natasha helped me move and be very comfortable the whole time. She took the best pictures and videos right after labor that we’ll cherish forever! Her follow up visit was so thorough and supportive and I’m still texting her questions here and there. We couldn’t  recommend Natasha more.

I could literally write an entire novel to express how much I absolutely loved having Natasha as part of my birth team. Our sessions before delivery helped us feel so prepared and knowledged about our options. She was always available and helpful to answer any questions that we had. When the big day came she was the exact vibe and support we needed! Calm, caring and so so so helpful. She had a calm tone when she answered our panicked 2 am phone call and helped us through the entire day. We didn't make any decision without running it by her so that she could explain all the details. I tell everyone that we couldn't have done it without her! She is the BEST!

As a first-time mom, I was really nervous about the birthing process and knew I wanted a doula for extra support. From the very first conversation with Natasha, I knew she was the right fit. She’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I loved how her advice was rooted in evidence. She was also very honest about the grey areas and clear when something was outside her expertise, which made me trust her even more.

Creating our birth plan with her was such a great experience. Both my husband and I felt so much more prepared and confident going into labor. During labor, her presence was everything I hoped for: calm, reassuring, and supportive every step of the way. I truly can’t imagine going through it without her!

Natasha helped me with my birth plan and helped me stay positive about the birth of my second child as the birth for my first child didn't go as planned. I had a successful vbac and Natasha was so reassuring, communicated effectively, timely, and was organized. She was awesome and a calm presence during my delivery and got me moving in different positions that helped with my daughter's birth. Highly recommend using her!!!
