Sara was a great doula to work with. My husband and I really appreciated her knowledge and support as we navigated the birth of our first child. Sara was always able to provide us with resources if we had questions on a particular topic, and she was able to provide us information to make our own informed choices about birth preferences. It was also really appreciated how Sara would make sure to check in on how my husband and I were doing or feeling during the process, not just only focusing on the baby. Sara's in person support at the hospital was absolutely appreciated, especially since we ended up going into the hospital late in the evening and were up all night. I am so glad we decided to have Sara as our doula.

Working with Doula Sara was the best decision I have ever made. I am so thankful for everything she did for me and my family. After my husband spent my second trimester in Shock Trauma, I knew I needed a Doula, someone to help my husband and me with the birth of our first child. It was the best and most helpful decision we made for our family. Doula Sara gave us a lot information before delivery, was hands on during delivery, and so supportive after. My pregnancy and birthing journey would not have been so emotionally and physically successful without Doula Sara. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Sara was an excellent addition to our birthing experience. From the get-go, she provided top notch information, useful tools, and a gentle touch. In our prenatal appointments, she made sure to guide us through tools and did guided meditations with us that we would also use at our son's birth. Before I went into labor, she helped guide me through all the various sensations I was feeling (e.g., Braxton Hicks contractions vs. real contractions, etc). When I went into labor, she met us at the hospital in a very timely fashion and she was there the entire time, including a couple hours after our son was born to help us transition to our postpartum room. She helped guide my husband on how to help me through the experience and also made the room so zen and peaceful. She ensured the entire experience was positive and she was excellent with the hospital staff.

We cannot imagine a birth without her there - that's how critical she was. I would highly recommend her for any doula needs!
