I am a full spectrum Birth Doula and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I've been a nanny for the past 15 years and have worked with families from pre-pregnancy all the way through postpartum and beyond. My therapy practice is focused on children and family systems through a trauma-focused and liberatory lens. As an artist and farmer, I incorporate art, nature, and somatic practices into my role as both a doula and therapist. I currently photograph pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with 35mm film. I invite and encourage all emotions, feelings, and lived experiences to come up during our time together so that we can work to process and tend to your past and current experiences. I believe in paying-what-you-can in order to access doula services. I'm flexible and happy to work around your needs and figure something out that works for both of us.
