As first-time parents, having Olena as our doula made all the difference. She prepared us exceptionally well before the birth through thoughtful at-home sessions, practical exercises, and comprehensive educational materials that gave us confidence and helped us know what to expect.

During labor and delivery, Olena never left my wife’s side. She was a constant source of comfort, guiding us through every decision by clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option so we could make informed choices. Her pain management techniques, breathing exercises, and labor support were invaluable, helping us through my wife’s natural water break and every stage of delivery. She also advocated for us throughout the process, ensuring we felt heard, respected, and supported.

Her care didn’t end once our baby arrived. She continued to support us with postpartum visits, offering guidance on lactation, swaddling techniques, newborn care, and our overall well-being as new parents. Her kindness, expertise, and unwavering dedication gave us confidence during one of the biggest moments of our lives.

Without Olena, our birth and postpartum journey would have been completely different. Thanks to her, it became a positive, empowering, and truly memorable experience. From the first time we spoke with Olena we felt comfortable and cared for, it was easy to decide to hire her, and we are so grateful that we did. Olena is a wealth of knowledge and shared everything we needed to know and more to prepare for the birth of our son in the pre-birth appointments. Olena checked in as the pregnancy progressed but more importantly, she was really crucial during the birth of our son. Even before I went to the hospital, Olena could tell by my voice on the phone how far things had progressed. There was a clear difference between the time my husband I labored alone and when Olena showed up at the hospital. I had considered getting an epidural, but when Olena came, I immediately felt more calm, empowered and capable to do it without medication. Olena worked as a team with my husband and I, even when I did not have the words or know what decisions to make because of the intense focus that was needed for the labor. Olena was an advocate for me with the hospital workers, and I knew she was a trusted person who had my best interests in mind. I don’t even know who the doctor was, all the support I needed came from Olena. When Olena provided a peaceful presence for me and encouraged me, I believed in myself. I was able to employ the techniques we practiced together to cope with the pain. Olena was critical in providing information to my husband and guiding him in supporting me.

After I gave birth, Olena provided crucial postpartum support that helped us to feel less alone and less stressed. I had the most positive birth experience, and I owe a lot of that to Olena. We are forever grateful for Olena. Anyone who hires her will be blessed by her unique gifts and talents!

Olena was very kind & caring. She has a natural love for babies & took very good care of our child. I liked her right away when I spoke with her for the first time. She is someone I could trust my baby with. She also listened to everything I said patiently & I felt very supported. We did a lot of research before choosing a doula for our first baby, and from the moment we met Olena, we knew she was the one. Honestly, we couldn’t have gotten through this journey without her.

Being first-time parents, we had so many questions and really had no idea what to expect. Olena was there for all of it. She helped us put together a birth plan and walked us through what the entire process would look like, which gave us so much more confidence going in. Whether it was breathing exercises, labor positions, knowing what questions to ask, or just being a calming presence, she covered it all.

On the big day, Olena showed up — literally. She arrived at the hospital shortly after we did, in the middle of the night, and stayed with us through the entire labor and birth. That’s a full day of being completely present and hands-on. Through the most intense parts of active labor, she was right there helping and, talking us through medication options, and keeping us focused on our birth plan. Having her there made such a difference. 

Even after our baby arrived, Olena didn’t just disappear — she helped with lactation, feeds scheduling, and guided us on products out there, especially helping us choose the best organic options for our baby. She checked in on us regularly.

Olena is the real deal. She made us feel supported, informed, and never alone through any of it. If you’re thinking about getting a doula, just go with Olena — you won’t regret it.

I want to thank our doula, Olena, for the incredible support during my labor. She was by my side throughout one of the most important moments of my life, constantly supporting me both emotionally and physically. I wanted to try an unmedicated birth with my second child, and she guided me through both the physical intensity and the emotional aspects of it.

Her massage techniques helped ease the pain and tension, and her calm voice and positive approach gave me additional confidence and strength. She created such a warm, safe, and positive atmosphere where I felt protected and truly heard. Her professionalism and care made my birth experience much easier and more empowering.

Olena was such a huge part of our baby’s delivery. It was one of the most important days of our lives, and having her there made a world of difference.

For me personally, she helped me feel confident and actually useful during the whole labor. Her guidance and techniques showed me exactly how to support my wife instead of just standing there, unsure what to do. Because of her, I felt like I was truly helping and fully present in the best way I could be.

She has this calm confidence and deep knowledge that makes everything feel more manageable. Even when things got intense, she kept the atmosphere steady and reassuring.

As a first-time dad, I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into labor and delivery. It’s an intense experience, and even though I wanted to be strong and supportive, there were moments when it felt overwhelming. Having Olena there made all the difference.

She didn’t just support my wife, she supported me too. She guided me, reassured me, and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Because of her, I felt more confident and much less “scared,” even though it was our first time going through something like this.

She showed me how to help, where to stand, what to do, and how to truly be present. Instead of feeling lost, I felt involved and useful. It really felt like we were one team, working together toward the same goal.

I am beyond grateful to have had Olena as my doula. She was with me from the very beginning all the way through the very end, and I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without her.

Before labor even fully began, we worked together on different exercises and techniques to help naturally start the process, and it truly made a difference. Things progressed beautifully, and my water broke on its own. I felt supported and guided every step of the way.

During labor, she never left my side. She supported me every single minute, answering all of my questions, helping me physically through contractions, and keeping me grounded when things felt intense. Just as importantly, she supported my husband too. She made sure he felt confident and involved, and because of her, it truly felt like we were one strong, united team.

Her calm presence, knowledge, and constant encouragement gave me so much strength. I will always be thankful for her dedication, care, and the incredible support she provided. I couldn’t have done it without her.

YES, YES and YES! I’m soo happy that I met Olena! She is amazing! Very caring and thoughtful.  I don’t know how other client’s feel, but for me she felt as if she is family! It felt as if my mom, sister (that I don’t have), and best friend was there guiding me through the process. It was my first pregnancy, so my husband and I really didn’t know what to expect, but I had this beautiful picture in my head of how I’m gonna do it and what will happen. I wanted to give the birth in the birthing center and that’s why I was considering to have a doula, but when the time came everything went out of the plan and I really don’t know what I/we would do without her!
We really would be lost! She was our core! The person who we could rely on in the craziness of labor!
I can’t recommend her more! Birth center or hospital- YOU NEED HER!

From the moment I decided to choose Olena, I have never regretted it.

From the very beginning, Olena was incredibly attentive and supportive. Her two prenatal visits were incredibly helpful. She clearly explained what to expect during labor and helped me prepare for the upcoming challenges both mentally and physically. She demonstrated valuable pelvic floor exercises that gave me confidence and preparedness for my future labor.

Throughout my entire labor, she was very responsive to my needs and ensured that my wishes and comfort were a priority. She worked closely and communicated effectively with the nurses and midwife, and her support was especially crucial when the question of a C-section arose. She confidently advocated for my preferences and helped my voice be heard.

When the decision was finally made for a C-section, her support never wavered. Both my husband and I felt reassured by her steady presence in the operating room. One of the most meaningful moments for me came right after the birth of my son, when my husband needed to be with him and all the doctors were busy. I cannot forget the comfort of her hands on my face while I was getting stitches. It was exactly what I needed to feel safe and cared for.

After the labor, she continued to provide me with comprehensive support. She taught me how to sit and breastfeed correctly, guided me through every step, and frequently checked in to make sure I was doing well. I truly valued her knowledge and genuine care, and she went above and beyond, sharing an incredibly helpful list of tips for newborn care, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding.

Having Olena as our doula has been incredibly beneficial for both me and my husband. Her experience and unwavering support truly helped us through every step of this life-changing moment, and if my husband and I decide to have a second child, I know who I will choose as my doula.

I’m incredibly grateful I found you — especially at a time when I was unsure if hiring a doula was something I truly needed. I felt comfortable with my OB, and the nurses were wonderful, so part of me wondered if a doula would add anything more. But choosing you turned out to be the thing I didn’t know I needed — until I did.

You helped my partner become exactly the support person I needed. He wanted so much to be present and involved, but didn’t know how to help in the moment. You bridged that gap with such calm and clarity, guiding him to be my advocate with confidence and purpose.

When we arrived at the hospital and I was told I wasn’t ready to be admitted, my instincts told me otherwise. I knew going home wasn’t the right move. You helped me stay grounded and ask the right questions — and because of that, I stayed just long enough for labor to progress and be admitted in time. I honestly don’t know how that would’ve gone without you. I may have ended up in much more distress if I’d left the hospital.

When the pain intensified and I decided to get an epidural, you met me with zero judgment — only reassurance and support. You reminded me that I had already done so much on my own, and that using an epidural wasn’t a failure, but a powerful tool. I felt fully in charge of my choice, and that empowerment meant everything.

when the nurses suggested Pitocin, you gently encouraged me to ask more questions. That moment of pause revealed that it was more about logistics than my actual needs — and sure enough, labor picked up naturally shortly after. Without you, I might not have had the strength to advocate for myself in that moment.

To anyone considering a doula, my advice is simple: do it. It’s an investment not just in your birth, but in your sense of agency, support, and peace. My birth was a 10/10 experience.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Olena as our doula. From the very beginning, she was warm, supportive, and deeply knowledgeable — the kind of presence that immediately puts you at ease. Even though this was our second birth, we learned so much from her. She shared valuable information, practical tools, and emotional support that made a real difference in our experience.

What really stood out was how honest and straightforward Olena is — she tells it like it is in the most compassionate and empowering way. We always felt seen, heard, and never judged. She consistently went above and beyond for us, never hesitating to say “yes” when we asked for extra help or guidance.

One of the most meaningful things she did was help organize a Mother’s Blessing ceremony — a beautiful and powerful highlight of my pregnancy that I will always cherish.

Olena also provided thoughtful and reliable postpartum support. She stayed with me one night at the hospital, which was such a comfort. She brought nourishing bone broth and truly showed up for us in the most caring, present, and generous way. She was always there when we needed her.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Olena as my doula. She is incredibly open-hearted, resourceful, kind, and genuinely dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. Olena provided me with invaluable advice on preparing my body for labor, including dietary recommendations and exercises to encourage a natural delivery. She remained attentive and supportive both before and after my scheduled delivery. Although I only connected with her shortly before labor, I will undoubtedly choose her to be by my side for the next birth. Olena is truly a remarkable doula, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
