Elisha was such an incredible help to me and my family and was able to assist us through crisis and also helped us process after the fact! I came down with HELLP syndrome, a life threatening obstetric condition, and had to be hospitalized and had an emergency cesarean for myself and my baby. Elisha, while her own house had flooding, came and kept us company for the birth and helped us through a very difficult and scary time with great emotional support and assistance with decision making. She was incredibly selfless and my husband deeply appreciated the extra presence and time spent. 
I had spent most of my pregnancy preparing for a birth center birth and so I was very scared and worried for a c section, but Elisha's presence was incredibly calming! 

Not only did she attend our birth, she also came to visit me in the hospital and checked on me throughout my stay. She is someone who also answered the phone for me at 3AM when I started feeling the sickness from HELLP, and I trusted her to be that comforting point of contact. She is someone you can rely on, who will check in with you, and has great consistency. I cannot recommend her enough!!

After the dust settled and I came home from the hospital, Elisha offered to come over (I live over 30 minutes away) and help us with whatever we might need. She is so incredibly kind, and has really made a profound impact on my birth experience. Even though my experience was highly unusual and medicalized, Elisha made sure I had support and care throughout my experience. I truly feel she is exemplary and wants to help others feel empowered in their birth experiences. Elisha helped me process my difficult birth, and supported me throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Her care and attentiveness are truly outstanding, and I hope that she can continue her journey as a doula because she was meant to be one!!

I was Elisha's first postpartum doula client, and she took such beautiful care of me and my family. Not only is she heart-centered and present, but she is mom-centered and trusts mom's decisions for baby, which felt so safe and liberating. I was able to rest and recover knowing my family and I were in such good hands. She is maternal and loyal, and I knew my baby was safe in her care. I absolutely love her and believe we will be lifelong friends.

Elisha is the BEST!! 
Not only is she attentive and kind, but she will go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and supported, in the way that you need. As a first time mom, I had so many questions, especially towards the end of my pregnancy. Elisha was available day and night to answer any question. No question was a silly question and she always did her best to support me. 
If you're considering a doula, I highly recommend Elisha!

Elisha Stewart was an amazing Doula in so many ways! 

With this being our first baby, we didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into. Elisha came in and helped us tremendously. Before our baby boy was due she came over three times, working around my busy schedule, and helped us write up a birth plan, practice counter measures for pain and answered any questions we had about day of birth and parts leading up. When I went into labor at 3am, she was over at our house and helping with the pain, as well as leading my husband to help me with the pain. When we got to the hospital, she advocated for me and was right by my side the whole time. She was such a trooper that day, running on a few hours of sleep. After we left the hospital she came over and checked on me, offered any help and helped me breastfeed my baby. In all, I was very happy with my experience with Elisha and I am so thrilled we decided to have her as our Doula. I would very much reccomend Elisha as your Doula.
