At a birth center, I’ll support you in creating a calm and empowering birth experience. I’ll provide hands-on comfort measures like massage, position changes, and a TENS machine for pain relief while guiding you through relaxation techniques. With a balance of gentle support and encouragement, I’ll help you feel confident and at ease throughout your labor

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
As your doula, I’ll provide calming support during your home birth with comfort measures like massage, breathing techniques, position changes, and a TENS machine for pain relief. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your labor.
