I had the privilege of Sarah attending my birth a few weeks ago. Sarah was very attentive, kind and respectful. She also was a great advocate when needed. She knew that placenta encapsulation was improtant for me, when my delivery went into emergent due to hemorrhage, Sarah was sure to let the nurses know that I wanted the placenta and it was saved. 
I also had a unique situation of being a surrogate, and I had the baby's parents in delivery with me. Sarah didn't only support me but others in the room. 
She was a calming presence for many of us.

Before and after birth Sarah has been willing to help in many ways to support this birth journey. 

Im grateful for her and what she brought to our birth space. ??

Sarah has been my friend for many years so I've always been very lucky to have her through life but even more extra grateful to have had her for all my pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum period. Always reassuring me at random hours with my concerns and questions. Knowledgeable enough to put my fears to rest and relatable enough to validate them in the same. I truly don't feel like I would have gone into my VBAC in August as successful and confident in my choices if it weren't for Sarah.
