Habitual Care was created to provide personalized, compassionate support for birthing people during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a doula, yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator, I’ve seen the gaps in maternal care; especially when it comes to access, education, and individualized support. Quality birth and postpartum care should be available to everyone. Many birthing people face challenges in receiving the care they need due to financial, systemic, or informational barriers. Habitual Care is dedicated to bridging those gaps by offering inclusive, accessible, and holistic support. Through doula services, movement, and breathwork, I help birthing people feel empowered, informed, and connected to their bodies and their babies. My mission is to restore autonomy in childbirth, advocate for better maternal care, and ensure every birthing person has the resources and support they deserve.
