I proudly support all hospital births, understanding that having a doula in a hospital setting is especially valuable in ensuring your voice is heard and your birth preferences are honored. My role is to advocate for you, provide continuous comfort, and create a peaceful, sacred space for the birth experience you desire. With extensive experience as a doula at UNC Hospital (Chapel Hill) and specialized OR training, I am well-equipped to support births in a hospital environment, including cesarean births. No matter the setting, I am committed to helping you feel empowered, informed, and nurtured every step of the way.

Birth centers offer a warm, supportive environment for natural birth, and I’m here to enhance that experience with continuous care, advocacy, and comfort techniques. I work alongside your midwifery team to help create a calm, empowering space where you feel nurtured, confident, and in control of your birth journey

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Home birth allows for a deeply personal and highly intimate experience, giving you the freedom to shape your birth environment in a way that feels most supportive and sacred. With a seamless integration of loved ones, including siblings, your birth can unfold in a way that honors your unique journey. As your doula, I provide steady support, reassurance, and hands-on comfort techniques to help create a peaceful and empowering experience in the comfort of your own home.

I serve as a volunteer doula with Birth Partners, providing support to families who may not otherwise have access to doula care, and I am a proud member of the Evidence Based Birth® Professional Community, staying informed on the latest research to better advocate for birthing individuals. I actively attend community events to stay knowledgeable and engage in birth justice initiatives to better support BIPOC families in achieving equitable and empowered birth experiences.

Fee Details

I believe every birth experience is unique and deeply personal, which is why I offer a comprehensive birth doula package designed to build a strong connection throughout pregnancy. This includes prenatal visits to prepare for birth, continuous labor support, and postpartum care to ensure you feel nurtured and confident in your transition to parenthood. For postpartum care, I provide flexible support tailored to both birth and adoptive parents, offering guidance on newborn soothing, breastfeeding, older sibling transitions, self-care, and creating a new routine with your little one. My approach is warm, accommodating, and centered on your needs—let’s chat about how I can best support your growing family!
