Susy is an absolutely amazing doula. She took the best possible care of our first baby, and then, a few years later, was there for us again with our second. Over the years, she became so much more than our doula — she became a friend, a trusted guide, and very quickly, a true part of our family.
Susy supported us in every possible way. She gave us invaluable advice, answered every question (and there were many!), and reassured us whenever we felt worried or overwhelmed. Even on the days when she wasn’t physically with us, she would check in and continue to support us. She was there for us both practically and emotionally, and that made an enormous difference during such an intense, exhausting, and vulnerable time.
Her experience and knowledge are truly impressive, but what makes Susy so special is the natural way she connects with a baby and the calm, reassuring presence she brings into a home. She has a wonderful ability to make everything feel a little easier and more manageable. Even on the most exhausting days, she would walk through the door and somehow everyone’s spirits would immediately lift.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had Susy by our side for both of our babies. She gave us not only exceptional care and guidance, but also confidence, reassurance, and so many wonderful memories during those precious early days.
We will always be deeply grateful to her and would recommend Susy wholeheartedly to any new parent looking for someone truly caring, knowledgeable, and special.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Susy support our family through the newborn stage twice — first with our daughter, and then again with our son. The fact that we asked her to come back for our second baby probably says everything about how much we trust and value her.

What makes Susy truly special is her extraordinary ability to read a baby. She is incredibly sensitive to even the smallest cues and seems to understand what a baby needs before the rest of us do. Our daughter and son were very different babies, and Susy never relied on a one-size-fits-all approach. She took the time to understand each baby’s temperament, feeding and sleep patterns, what soothed them, and what they needed at each stage, then adjusted her care accordingly. Everything felt thoughtful, intuitive and genuinely tailored to the individual baby.

Her newborn care is exceptional, and she also gave us thoughtful guidance around sleep and helped us establish better rhythms in a gentle, responsive way.

Just as importantly, Susy took wonderful care of us as new parents. Especially the first time around, she taught us so much, helped us understand our baby better, and gave us an enormous amount of guidance, comfort and reassurance during a period that can feel very overwhelming.

Susy is calm, warm, deeply caring and exceptionally good at what she does. We trusted her completely with both of our children and could not recommend her more highly to any family looking for truly attentive, individualized newborn care.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Susy who supported our family a night nanny. From the very first evening, Susy brought  a calming presence into our home. She is professional, nurturing, and endlessly reassuring. She cared for our newborn with such expertise and gentle attention allowing us to get the rest we so desperately needed in those early weeks. We always felt completely confident that our baby was in the very best hands. Beyond her work overnight, Susy was a phenomenal resource for all things baby related including sleep routines, feeding support, health concerns, and calming techniques. Susy is seriously the best postpartum doula!! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and caring but she offers 24/7 support answering calls, texts anything you need even when she's not with you during the day. She took such great care of me and my little boy and taught me so much in the fourth trimester and she's become basically apart of my family! Her services also include connecting with a network of other doulas, nanny's and childcare support, I could not speak more highly of her and her business! Just had my second baby and so happy to have her back with me during the nights to help me recover and adjust to having two kids!
