Gail is especially passionate about providing Christian- and Catholic-based support to her clients, incorporating spirituality into her approach to birth and postpartum doula support.
Gail will support you as your primary doula and will secure a backup doula for additional support, as needed. Birth support includes: Two in-person prenatal visits to prepare for labor, evidence-based information and referrals to local resources, phone, email, text support throughout the pregnancy, access to lending library of books about pregnancy, labor, postpartum and parenting, 24/7 support during the on call period (38-42+ weeks), labor support, and an in home postpartum visit to check in and discuss the birth experience. Postpartum support includes: One prenatal visit to create a plan for support, education + evidence-based information on recovery, newborn care, and feeding, light meal preparation so you stay hydrated and nourished, light household chores like errands, dishes & laundry, care for baby while you take time to nap and shower, and connection to local and online resources as needed.

I came into the doula game a little late (one month before due date) but Gail and Bailey still took me in and helped make accommodations for us. We were pregnant with our first child and had absolutely no idea what we were doing, and they helped us out through it all and with all my constant questions. We had planned for a natural birth, but after multiple days in labor ended up with a c-section. They helped us feel empowered in our choices during labor and also helped us feel confident in our choices changing once things went sideways, even when we had to fully forgo our entire birth plan. They helped me accept that things didn’t go the way we had hoped but that was okay since we ended up with a healthy and safe baby, which was our main priority. I don’t know what we would’ve done without Gail and Bailey! They were a godsend during pregnancy and continue to be postpartum as well. Highly recommend these absolutely wonderful ladies.

Working with my Gail was one of the best decisions I made throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. From our prenatal appointments, they provided thoughtful guidance, helped me create a birth plan, and patiently answered every question I had. I always felt supported, informed, and cared for leading up to delivery.
My labor ended up lasting nearly 40 hours, and having a doula by my side through that entire experience made an incredible difference. Gails calm presence, encouragement, and practical support helped me navigate a very long and challenging labor.
After delivery, I experienced complications that required me to return to the hospital. During that difficult time, they continued to go above and beyond—checking in, visiting me in the hospital, and making sure I felt supported even when things didn’t go as planned.
When I returned home, they helped me with breastfeeding and continued offering encouragement and practical help. I lhired Gail for postpartum support, and it was truly invaluable. She helped with everything from laundry and washing bottles to feeding the baby so I could nap. She even made dinner and, just as importantly, were there to listen and talk during those early weeks of adjustment.
Their care extended far beyond what I expected. They provided not only physical help but emotional support during a very vulnerable time. I’m deeply grateful for the role they played in my birth and postpartum experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated support.
