Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 1 to 3 births and 1 to 3 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I try my best to make sure me and the family are in full alignment with our values, morals, and practices when it comes to postpartum. I do my best to not judge any circumstances and am willing to converse any boundaries during our calls. My hard no's are domestic and sexual violence in homespaces, illegal drug use, and unsanitary homespaces (mold, bug infestations, etc.)

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
Only Hospitals that allow Doulas and are willing to work with my presence in the birthing space.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
Only if the birth center allows my Doula support presence

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Yes as long as there is a full staff present, I am open to free birth doula support as well.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

Yes! Most of my work has been taught from the indigenous abuelas and wisdom traditions from my Taino and Guatemalan culture. I have provided care for those who are open to traditional practices and have been able to provide forms of healing like Mayan Abdominal Womb Massage, Birth Yoni Steam Support, Herbal Remedies, & Nutritional Cooking Support! My favorite forms of alternative support as been Mama Blessings & Closing of the Bones.

Fee Details

For my Full Service Postpartum mamas, I offer packages that start at $1500 for two weeks of postpartum support 3-4 days a week. Including meals, steam support, womb massage, and herbal remedies. For my Full Package Pre, Birth, & Post support mamas, packages start at $3,500 for all stages of your birth journey! For more details, please contact me to receive all the services I can provide! In Birth fees start at $800 down payment for all in person births, depending on length of labor or quick demand can increase my rate. I can offer hourly support to my low income postpartum clients and birth clients with reduced rated and hourly work. Please reach out to me for these needs.
