Essential Postpartum Support — Starting at $45/hr Compassionate care designed to help families adjust smoothly during the early weeks after birth. Includes: • Emotional support and postpartum guidance • Lactation and feeding support • Belly binding guidance • Herbal tea preparation for recovery • Newborn care (feeding, soothing, diapering, sleep guidance) • Babywearing guidance • Light meal preparation, laundry, dishes, and home tidying Luxe Postpartum Experience — Starting at $55/hr Includes all Essential Support with enhanced holistic care focused on maternal healing. Additional services: • Prenatal or postpartum massage with relaxation guidance • Herbal healing baths • Warm oil belly massage • Custom herbal teas and aromatherapy • Extended lactation and newborn sleep guidance My goal is for every mother to feel rested, nurtured, and confident while welcoming her baby.
