With Krista, I had the birth I wanted & didn’t know I could have! 

Meeting Krista has truly been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Her deep care & dedication took the time to listen, understand my hopes, & help create a birth plan that reflected everything I desired, even the things I didn't yet know I needed.

Because of Krista’s expertise, intuition, & heartfelt guidance, I was able to experience a home birth, something I once believed was out of reach. She helped me rediscover & actualize a dream I had in buried long ago, reminding me that it was possible. What once felt like a lost desire became one of the most empowering & sacred experiences of my life.

If you are blessed to have Krista as your doula, know you are in the most thoughtful, caring, & capable hands. She is a guiding light. A uniquely gifted, grounding, & healing soul who helps you bring your little one earthside with peace, strength, & love. She stands by you, holds your hand if you need her to, & brings a holistic, nurturing touch to the entire journey of pregnancy, birth, & postpartum. Her warmth & wisdom radiate through every part of her being, as a doula, a mother & a woman walking in her purpose who is deeply devoted to her calling. Her love for what she does is contagious & it flows naturally into the way she supports, uplifts, & empowers mothers.

There isn't enough space here to express my endless gratitude for Krista, or I can go on about her incredible energy, reliability, & serenity she brings to every moment. I'm forever thankful to have had her not only in my corner, but now in my circle. She's not only been my doula but has become a dear friend & feels like part of my soul family - a lifelong blessing to me & my baby girl. I can't imagine my birth experience without her.

Krista did an incredible job helping my wife and I prepare for the birth of our son. It was our first time and there were multiple things we hadn't thought of in the process of not only getting physically ready but emotionally as well. Krista is extreamly organized and has great communication skills. She is down to earth, compassionate, and was a wonderful addition to our team. As the man in the relationship I was totally focused on my wife, Krista helped make space for both my wife and I to feel supported and more prepared going into the birth. I 100% recommend working with Krista!

I cannot recommend my doula, Krista, enough. Throughout my pregnancy, she was my source of strength, guidance, and comfort. She gave me faith and confidence as I prepared for birth, and her presence made such a difference every step of the way.

Krista went above and beyond—she practiced pregnancy mock scenarios with me, introduced different oils until we found what I loved, and guided me through hypnosis techniques so I felt calm and prepared. She also took beautiful and valuable pictures on my big day, which I will cherish forever.

Even though my pregnancy and delivery didn’t go according to plan and I ended up having a C-section, Krista made the experience so much smoother. During surgery, she stayed by my side, telling me how my baby was doing, helping me feel calm and supported. When my husband had to leave with the baby for check-ups and vaccines, Krista immediately held my hand so I wouldn’t feel alone. She even advocated for me in the operating room, clarifying my needs with the anesthesiologist, which meant so much.

On top of that, Krista supported me well before delivery. She attended multiple Zoom meetings, came with me to doctor appointments, and even visited the hospital with me ahead of time to check out the labor and delivery unit so I felt prepared.

Krista is not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly caring and compassionate. She made me feel safe, supported, and confident through one of the most important times of my life. I am so grateful to have had her by my side.

I had an amazing experience with Krista during my pregnancy. She was supportive and caring throughout, always keeping the needs and perspective of a pregnant mom in mind. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pregnancy and consistently shared helpful information, checking in regularly, especially during the later stages of my pregnancy.

Although my birth didn’t go as planned and I ended up having a C-section, she was by my side in the operating room, providing support and capturing precious moments for my husband and me. Thanks to her, we now have beautiful pictures to cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend her to any expectant parent looking for a compassionate and professional doula.

As a first time mom, being overstimulated during pregnancy of the things you must know or do during pregnancy and, before your baby comes into this world, that itself was already overwhelming. To just to think your at the end of your pregnancy, you have to plan out your birth and the idea of giving birth was something I was deeply nervous as well as stressed for myself and my husband.

Krista has been such a pillar navigating through my thoughts and feelings and truly being able to processes of being emotionally and mentally feeling prepared to go into labor. Krista made sure that our birthing plan reflected on our beliefs and made my husband feel included throughout this whole process.

Krista did not only helped me emotionally but also, guided us through information my husband and I weren't aware of and respected our time to do our own research. What made it so easy to stay in touch, Krista was very attentive and communicative during the whole processes. Something that made it so easy to really connect with Krista was that she allowed you to tune in with your emotions and really listens to you and be there for you. Somehow she really made me feel grounded and relaxed afterwards. 

My Husband and I will forever be grateful to have chosen Krista as our doula and helped bring our baby into this world??

Krista attended my first birth and she was such a life saver. I don't know what I would have done without her calm and nurturing presence. I felt so supported and encouraged that I know for certain my sons birth would not have gone as well without her. I will forever be grateful for her and hold her near and dear to my heart. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking birth attendant services!
