I’ve been immersed in the birth and postpartum world for 11 years, and my own birth experiences were the spark that ignited my passion for helping women create the birth and postpartum journey they want. Since 2025, I’ve also had the honor of volunteering with Operation Doula, offering support to military families during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. I deeply believe that every mother has the strength to birth her baby—but she doesn’t have to do it alone. Birth is intuitive, with a sprinkle of practical wisdom, and my role is to listen beyond words, to hear the heart of a mother (and father) and help bring their deepest desires for their birth to life. My own births—along with the many I’ve attended—have been my greatest teachers. I get it. I know what it’s like to labor, to give birth, and to navigate postpartum, and I use that experience to provide unwavering support. With a background in psychology, I bring not just knowledge, but deep emotional care, friendship, and advocacy. I’m also a certified peanut ball practitioner, using every tool I have to help reduce pain and facilitate a smoother, more efficient labor. For me, this isn’t just about providing care—it’s about becoming a trusted friend, the one person who is present through the entire prenatal, labor, and postpartum journey. You don’t have to do this alone, and I would be honored to walk this road with you.

Fee Details

I believe every mother deserves access to quality doula care, no matter her financial situation. Birth is an innate ability, but no woman should have to do it alone. With doulas proven to increase positive birth outcomes, I offer flexible payment options, including a sliding scale and payment plans, to ensure every family can receive the support they deserve. Supporting a woman as she brings life into the world is the most divine calling I could have. My role isn’t to replace partners but to strengthen their connection, fostering closeness throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My goal is for you to feel truly taken care of—respected, heard, and supported in every decision. I take the time to understand your vision, advocate alongside you, and ensure your voice is heard. By equipping both moms and dads with knowledge, I help them make informed, confident choices.
