Lauren was truly the best gift for myself, my husband and my baby ?? She is so passionate about her work, so knowledgeable about babies and baby sleep and so encouraging for new mothers. My first baby I didn’t have any nighttime support, and with my second, Lauren was instrumental in creating such a positive PP experience this time around, so much so that it gives us even more confidence in our desire to have more babies (so long as we have Lauren’s help!!). I was exclusivity BFing while we had her overnight support, but the amount of extra sleep I was able to get on those nights we had Lauren with us was so incredibly helpful and made all the difference in my healing journey both physically and mentally as we adjusted to having 2 under 2. I loved my middle of the night girl chats with Lauren and looked forward to learning tips and tricks on how to encourage my baby towards better sleep. She set us up for success from Day 1 and we are so grateful!! We miss you Lauren!

It was such a pleasure to have Lauren as my birth doula! Her deep understanding of the birth process, words of encouragement, and steady emotional support were truly invaluable. She was an incredible source of support during the weeks leading up to my birth, throughout labor, and while helping me navigate important decisions during delivery. Her wealth of knowledge and calm, reassuring presence gave me so much confidence and peace going into birth.
Lauren created a beautiful, grounding environment for me to give birth in—even in a hospital setting! Thanks to her support, I was able to have an all-natural birth this time around, after experiencing the full cascade of interventions with my first birth. That alone was so empowering and life-changing.
Her emotional support was truly off the charts. I felt seen, heard, and deeply cared for every step of the way. Lauren empowered me, advocated alongside me, and helped me trust my body and my instincts. I am so grateful for her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate birth doula.

I'll start by saying, I know it can seem daunting finding a doula that is right for you. I came into my second pregnancy knowing I wanted a natural, unmedicated birth. My midwife, Jessica at Kaiser Irvine shared a doula group with me & I found Lauren. We met around 25 weeks into my pregnancy. She was so warm, kind & real! She came prepared with a birth plan that we went through in detail. From there, we had a couple visits where she came over my home & we inversions to help baby get in a good position- she is a licensed chiropractor so that is such a benefit!
At the end of my pregnancy, I was OVER IT. She would check in sending pics& vids of exercises to help me get things moving. Not knowing I was 6cm when I walked into my final appt, i left & labored at home before we all headed to the hospital. We settled in & did lots of breathing a movement. She set the vibe- Dim lighting, twinkle lights, music, essential oils, etc. I remember there was a point where I was SO tired- laboring for around 5 hours and was stuck at 8cm &baby was transverse. She whispered in my ear, "Priscilla, you can do this!! You can do hard things!" So I kept pushing. When the midwife shared baby was in distress & I would need to have a c- section I was devastated! Lauren was such an advocate for me. Finally, we decided to go through with the C-section. It wasn't ideal but I needed to think about what was best for baby who was born & was a whopping 10 pounds!! Im only 5'2 no wonder she wouldn't come out lol! It was a sweet birth experience, even though it wasn't what I "planned" Lauren helped me see it in a different way.Postpartum, she was there to bring gifts to my toddler and my baby check-in &be the sweetest friend ever! As someone who tried a doula for the first time, it's an incredible experience& I credit that to Lauren. I have no doubt that she will exceed every expectation that you have.

The Breezy Doula was highly recommended to me by my sister-in-law. The Full Birth Doula Package we purchased included one pre-birth visit with our doula and to stay with us through labor, delivery, 1-2 hours of support after the birth, and one post-partum visit. The contract ended 2 weeks after the birth.
The doula I worked with was upbeat and friendly. She took the time to understand us and to answer our questions.
When I called her to say that I was in labor, she responded that she had a church function and that I shouldn’t go to the hospital because she didn’t want me to be sent back home. The contract stated service to be provided within 2 hours of the request. Within about an hour, labor became so intense, my husband called the hospital, and they said to come in. Upon arrival, I was dilated 5 cm and was immediately admitted, around 11:45 pm. During this time, my husband was keeping the doula updated through texts. She arrived at 3:28am. Upon arrival, she was helpful. Around 6:00am the hospital recommended a c-section due to fetal heartbeat issues. I agreed and was allowed only 1 person in the room, which was obviously my husband. My doula left, not staying to help after delivery. She texted the next day to ask how things were going and encouraged bonding.
She next texted 4 days later asking how we were doing. She was encouraging but made no mention of future contact. Ten days later (June 13th), I texted her requesting a date for the post-partum home visit. She said she would check her calendar and get back to me. She got back with me on July 10th to schedule the visit for July 16th (6 weeks after the birth when the contract stated ‘within a few days of the birth’). We met, but it was too late to help us get into a routine by then. She simply asked if we had any questions. We won’t be using the service again.

I can't say enough about Lauren.
Our family is immensely grateful for the incredible support and care provided by Lauren. From the moment she arrived, she exceeded all our expectations with her kindness, patience, and expertise. She was truly amazing and helped us with practically everything—feeding, soothing, managing daily routines, and providing valuable advice. Her presence made my recovery much smoother and more manageable, easing the physical challenges and making a significant difference in my mental health during what was a very challenging time.
After experiencing a traumatic birth, I knew I needed the right support, and choosing her was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Her unwavering support and gentle reassurance helped me regain confidence and find joy in this new chapter of our lives. She was also incredibly caring and patient with my toddler, making the transition easier for him and for us as a family. Her warmth and positive attitude made a lasting impact on all of us.
Our family will always hold a special place in our hearts for her, and her presence and support will be deeply missed. Her dedication, compassion, and genuine care have left a lasting impression on our lives, and we will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you for being such a guiding light during this important time—we feel truly blessed to have had her by our side. We love you Lauren.

Lauren has been such a wonderful support to our family. She provided overnight care for several months after our baby was born. She’s incredibly approachable and blended in with us so seamlessly that it felt like she’d been part of our lives from the moment we met her. Our main goals were focused on rest and recovery for me, as well as getting our baby started on good sleep habits immediately. I can’t put into words how thankful I am for her approach and advice. She was always open to a conversation if I had questions, which I had a lot of. It’s clear that she truly cares about us and the families that she works with. She would often come back the next night or follow up by text to share additional thoughts if I had been conflicted on how to approach something - whether it be my baby’s routine, wake window activities, products to try, etc… I very much appreciated her thoughtfulness. We are forever grateful to Lauren for making our postpartum journey a memorable one.

I had a pleasure having Lauren as my doula when I delivered my 3rd child. Lauren was caring, composed and present during the entire process including the delivery. Lauren was very responsive and she always made sure to get back to me on time whenever I had a question or concern. She was also very resourceful providing me with options and potential questions I could ask my OBGYN to make sure I had the birth I was striving for. Once I got admitted to the hospital, Lauren showed up quickly and ensured that hospital team followed my birth plan throughout the entire stay. I felt supported during my labor as Lauren helped me manage the pain, change positions so the labor progressed and encouraged me to stay strong. I had a great experience with Lauren and highly recommend her as a doula for your upcoming birth!

Lauren is a truly wonderful doula—we had the pleasure of working with her for two months, and she made a lasting impact on our postpartum journey. She always arrived with a warm smile, uplifting energy, and a calm, supportive presence that made it easy to hand our newborn over with complete trust. Lauren offered thoughtful tips and helpful guidance that made our transition into parenthood smoother. Her nurturing and friendly spirit is exactly what every postpartum mama needs.

Lauren was truly a gift during my labor. This was birth number 3 for me but I had significant trauma with my first two. With this birth I had decided that I wanted to do it unmedicated with hypnobirthing. I had great nurses that got me pretty far and Lauren was checking in regularly and giving me things to try to help me progress. Even though my contractions were still far apart I could tell things were escalating so I asked her to come even though it was earlier than we discussed. I'm so glad that I did. I was a high risk pregnancy and when my contractions started happening frequently my blood pressure was too high. It was then that we decided I needed an epidural to keep me safe. I was devastated by this but Lauren was so good about making sure that I was ok proceeding. Once the epidural was placed she still helped me with positioning and continued to read affirmations to me as well as make my hospital room such a welcoming place. Maybe an hour later it was time to push. My sweet baby girl was born after 15 minutes of pushing. Lauren was absolutely great to have beforehand but during labor she was such a great cheerleader. She stayed with us until we moved to the recovery suite and then continued to check in on me. The love she has for her clients is amazing and is felt the second that she is in the room. Her mom is also a doula and was a great support too. Because of how quickly my labor progressed she wasn't able to be there in person but she was in constant communication with my husband. Having them both check in on us after we got home was great. They brought the sweetest basket full of treats to help me with lactation and some goodies that my toddler absolutely loved. My husband and I have plans to continue to grow our family and I have absolutely no doubt that we would hire Lauren and her mom to be our doulas again. I refer to them as my birth angels whenever I tell my friends about my experience and I can't recommend them enough.
