I have a background in the medical field, working as an EMT, in a children’s ER, and on a NICU/PICU ambulance. This experience has made me very comfortable caring for medically fragile infants and children who have had a NICU stay. In addition, I am a certified Pregnant and Infant Loss Advocate (PAILAdvocate) and provide these services to families with compassion and care. I am also currently pursuing training as a Lactation Counselor to further support families in their feeding journeys. Outside of my professional background, I’m a mom to two boys under the age of two—an experience that has given me plenty of hands-on insight into parenthood and life with multiple little ones. Becoming a mother myself and working closely with children and mothers is what sparked my love for birth and postpartum work. I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate, non-judgmental support for families as they navigate these life-changing transitions.
My fees are $55/hr for days and $60-$65/hr for nights. I am on the carrot registry as well and able to take Carrot clients! I offer special rates for single mothers, adoptive parents, military, and those who are financially struggling, please let me know if you need additional help affording care!

Having Fiona as my postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made when preparing for our little guy’s arrival. Fiona guided me through decision paralysis, every question or concern, and exhaustion; she did this with care, grace, compassion and patience. She was very professional (prompt, communicated expectations and boundaries clearly) while being personable. I needed someone just like this while my little family navigated this tender time of postpartum. There was never a moment of doubt or worry with Fiona as our doula. I knew my little dude was in great hands while I rested.
I can’t recommend Fiona enough! Our 2 months with her was amazing and made my postpartum journey so much easier and peaceful.

My husband and I are FTPs to a baby girl born June of this year. We don't have family in the area, so navigating newborn life was difficult, to say the least. We hired Fiona as our evening postpartum doula knowing the challenge of bringing in a new life. We were glad to have made that decision because she helped ease us into parenthood. Fiona was kind, with a sweet voice, and knowledgeable about newborn care. She was super speedy with diaper changes and baby baths! Fiona helped us with light household chores, and most importantly, meal prep. We are grateful to have had her for the first month and would recommend her services to any parents seeking outside help.

We had the privilege of working with Fiona as our overnight postpartum doula, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment she arrived, it was clear how much she loves babies and demonstrates her extensive experience. Fiona is gentle, attentive, and so skilled in caring for newborns. Our daughter immediately relaxed in her arms, and we always felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Fiona's presence brought us both comfort and much-needed rest, and her support has made this early chapter of parenthood so much smoother. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
