It was wonderful to have Anna as my doula during pregnancy and at the birth of my son. I always felt that she listened carefully and supported me, whether it concerned my personal birth desires, my constant nausea, or being physically attacked while pregnant. She remained calm, empathetic, and encouraging at every turn.

During labor, I found that I was quickly not able to talk - whether from the length of contractions, or from falling deeply asleep for the minute in between them! I felt confident that my husband and Anna, who both knew my wishes and understood the birth process, would be able to advocate for me when I could not speak. That's exactly what happened! Afterwards, it meant so much to me that she checked in on me postpartum.

Anna stands up for your wishes and freedom in the birthing process. She brings a kindness and knowledge that you want on your birthing team!

Anna was the cornerstone of my second baby's joyful, empowering, and redemptive birth experience. Having experienced birth both with and without her, I can confidently say she made all the difference. She provided the support, confidence, and peace I needed to have a natural second birth in the hospital, knowing I could handle any twists and turns my labor might take.

Anna was with me every step of the way, going with the flow and even joining me in my toddler's bed when he needed me and I needed her. She was a strong, respectful advocate who ensured I understood what was happening, what my options were, and that my requests were heard by the staff—all while maintaining a positive rapport with everyone.

She worked seamlessly with my partner, and her kindness and grace during challenging moments made all the difference. Anna’s presence allowed me to be my truest self, no matter what I was feeling. Her intuition and emotional awareness were remarkable—she was always in tune with what I needed and adjusted her approach on the fly.

I will be forever grateful to Anna. She brought the true celebration of birth, something far beyond what words can express.
