Lucy was so nice and great to have by my side through delivery. She was very knowledgeable about the different options at the hospital and was encouraging me throughout to try different things to help ease my contractions and progress my labor. She was very reassuring, she made me feel safe and was very good with my family. She was definitely good to me in my time of need even when I was not at my best.

Lucy was my birth doula, I expressed to her that I wanted a natural birth. I had done a lot of research about natural birth before getting a doula and she was very well educated and knowledgeable. She went over so much that I wasn’t knowledgeable on. She helped me come up with a birth plan, answered any questions/concerns I had. When the time came to give birth she immediately rushed to the hospital when I needed her. She was incredibly supportive, helped me stay calm & focused during a hard labor. She helped me with different positions, offered advice to speed up labor, she knew exactly what she was doing. Everytime I had a contraction she used counter pressure and helped the pain. She was definitely a lifesaver and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have the birth that I wanted. I will definitely be using her as my doula when I have my second baby. Thank you so much Lucy for helping me deliver my baby boy ??
