Lisa was an outstanding doula—kind, understanding, and incredibly adaptable. From our first meeting, she was professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely supported. She came prepared with thoughtful questions, which was incredibly helpful since I didn’t know where to begin.

Throughout my pregnancy and birth experience, I always felt heard and respected. Lisa provided helpful resources when I asked and answered my questions honestly and gracefully. When my water broke, she met us at the hospital right away and stayed by our side until our daughter was born.

What stood out most to me was Lisa’s loyalty and advocacy. She truly understood my wishes for labor and delivery and made sure my concerns were communicated confidently and respectfully to the medical team. I knew without a doubt that she had my back.

Even after birth, Lisa continued to support me through postnatal check-ins and home visits, helping with whatever I needed. Lisa is an amazing doula who will support you, listen to you, laugh with you, and make the entire experience feel more positive and enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable support.

I highly recommend Elisa to anyone who wants to feel incredibly supported and cared for in their parental, birth, and postnatal journey. She is very knowledgeable and caring, and I always felt heard and safe with her. She answered any questions I had while I was pregnant, and helped my husband understand his role during my labour and birth, but not in a bossy way, she just helped him know how to help me. She was by my side through my whole 2 day labour and birth, encouraging me and advocating for me by making sure my voice and desires were heard by the nurses and doctors. She helped me find positions that were more comfortable, massaged my back, and encouraged me. She even had twinkle lights and my favourite playlist on. She helped clean up the birth room while I showered and went and got me a PIZZA after my birth so my husband and I could have some privacy with our daughter. She really goes above and beyond. Her postnatal visits were much needed, and she literally offered to do anything I needed: she brought me lactation cookies and popsicles, let me take naps, listened to me vent and cry, and cleaned my house. 10/10 experience!
