Birth Doula Package (Sliding Scale: $600–$1,000) My birth package provides compassionate, continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Includes 1–2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, prepare for labor, and build a trusting relationship. You’ll receive ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy, plus 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until your baby arrives. During labor, I provide continuous in-person emotional and physical support, including comfort measures, positioning, breathing techniques, and partner support. After birth, I stay for 1–2 hours to assist with recovery and infant feeding, followed by one postpartum visit to process your birth experience and support your transition into parenthood.
