Shannon was wonderful to work with for my first full-term pregnancy. I felt accepted, listened to, comforted, and supported. Shannon is an amazing doula, who uses evidence based research to help form a birthing plan that suits the pregnant individual's needs. I learned so many new ways to stretch and position my body to prepare it for birth, thanks to Shannon. She did amazing energy work for me while I was in labor, and it helped me feel grounded throughout my contractions. The experience was so rewarding and beautiful. Her gentle ankle and body massages helped me tap into myself and feel deeply relaxed while I rode the waves of contractions. Shannon is a fantastic doula, I highly recommend her to you all!!
