Kalen is an extremely professional, kind, and conscientious caregiver. Our little girl was five weeks early, and it caught us completely off guard - I didn’t even have a go-bag ready or a crib set up. We were very much laying track as the train was underway as it were. It was a real hard time. We brought on Kalen to help watch our girl during the night so we could get some much needed sleep. We ended up extending our contract with her for an extra month since she was so excellent. She was truly a lifesaver for us in those first few months with our newborn.

Kalen was always on time and very communicative. She had really excellent advice and recommendations when it came to newborns and babies, and always based her information on research from reputable pediatric and early childhood development resources. She helped us manage our feeding schedule and to increase our girl’s formula intake so she continued to grow and thrive. Between our girl being premature, my wife having a long recovery time and side effects from the pregnancy, and the stresses of being brand new parents - Kalen really saved us when we needed help the most. We really cannot recommend Kalen enough.

Kalen’s support gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed to step into motherhood with joy instead of fear.

I can’t imagine our early weeks with our baby without Kalen’s support and guidance. She provided compassionate, nonjudgmental support that allowed me to heal, bond with my baby, and truly enjoy those early weeks. I could ask her anything without hesitation, and she always responded with warmth and evidence-based guidance that respected our family’s choices. She balanced emotional support with practical help, easing the day-to-day load while also modeling gentle, knowledgeable newborn care that I could learn from. My husband and I both felt equally supported—she helped him grow in confidence as a new dad and made our whole household, pets included, feel comfortable and cared for. Kalen’s consistency, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a difference in our transition to parenthood, and we feel incredibly grateful for her.

We worked with Kalen for a few months when our baby boy was around 2 months old. Our experience with her has been amazing. Kalen is very knowledgeable, very patient, and very gentle with kids. She is also very thorough and meticulous. She taught us a lot on how to help the baby sleep. She always referenced her comments to research articles by American Academy of Pediatricians. We trust her a lot. She was always punctual and on time. Excellent and accommodating personality.

We had the pleasure of working with our overnight doula for 2.5 months, and she was truly exceptional. When she started, our baby wouldn’t sleep in his crib and only contact napped—by the end, he was regularly sleeping 6 hours straight overnight in bed. Her warm, positive presence was a joy to have in our home. She provided thoughtful suggestions throughout and kept us well-informed with detailed nightly updates. We’re so grateful for the difference she made for our family and we highly recommend her services to any other family.
