Congratulations on your pregnancy! Knowing more about your family would be great. Each family has its own uniqueness. Many of my clients tell me that this support helps them feel more confident and connected. I'll be with you from early labor through delivery, offering hands-on help, including massage, positioning suggestions, and encouragement. We’ll have 2-3 meetings (in-person or virtual) to discuss your birth preferences, create a customized birth plan, practice comfort techniques like breathing or positions, and address any questions or fears you have. I’ll advocate for your wishes, help with communication with your medical team, and support your partner in being involved too! I’d love to hear more about what you’re looking for in a doula or where you are in your decision-making process. Warmly DoulaVitaB CD(DONA) DoulaVitaB@gmail.com

Vita was an angel for us in the process of having my son. She provided us guiding and wise words that helped us from the moment we met her, and the day I gave birth, she was so present and generously gave her time and wisdom despite the lack of obligation on her end due to circumstances (unexpected birth day and type). We are so grateful to have met Vita and feel so lucky to have had her guidance, kind & patient words, and wisdom the day I gave birth to my son. We will not hesitate to contact her again for our next child!

Vita was a warm, consistent support through out the end of my pregnancy and through my labor.
She provided videos, visuals, reading materials, and demonstrations for a variety of techniques to prep for birth. She worked with me and my partner so we felt prepared for a VBAC. She answered my middle of the night texts to determine when to move to the hospital. She consistently provided cues for movement and breath to support pain management and the successful movement of my baby through the labor process. She also helped me focus on hydration and keeping my energy up. Vita provided cues for my husband to support me as well. I went from my first birth being an induction ending in an unplanned c section to a completely natural birth with the help of Vita! It was exactly what we wanted and Vita helped us feel confident advocating in the hospital. I cannot thank Vita enough for all of her support.

During my time in labor I really appreciated the presence of my doula Vita, I had no experience in breathing and in keeping myself calm for when the contractions were intense. Thanks to Vita I learned how to breathe properly to minimize pain during contractions and she also showed me comfortable positions I can place myself in for birth. While I was waiting for my induction medicine to kick in, Vita helped me stretch out and also preformed some feet massages to prepare my body for the delivery. I am so grateful for the massage because they Truly do work in relaxing the body, she used techniques that I had not seen before. Thanks to Vita my delivery was a success and I was able to maintain calm throughout the pain of dilation.

My doula Vita is an amazing, kind-hearted person. Vita was committed to making sure I was supported throughout my pregnancy, labor and delivery. She was professional and knowledgeable about pregnancy from our first meet and greet. And made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I enjoyed her presence at my actual labor. She came prepared and set the tone for a relaxing, loving environment. She was attentive to me and my well being the whole time throughout labor and delivery. Her peaceful, calm and loving energy was exactly what I needed. She loves what she does and I am so thankful for her.
