Comprehensive doula support includes 24/7 communication from booking, 2 prenatal visits, on-call from 38 weeks until birth with backup doula support if needed, support through the entirety of labor & birth, 1 postpartum visit. Having a child is one of the biggest life changes you’ll go through, and birth is the portal through which you enter this new phase. Birth should be respected as a sacred and tender time, requiring the utmost attention and care. I believe that every family deserves to feel confident and informed during pregnancy and to have the support they need to birth the way that feels intuitive and important to them!
