I specialize in unmedicated, low-intervention birth -- and making your experience peaceful and filled with joy and confidence! My complete package includes on-call birth support from the moment you book me, 3 prenatal appointments where you will prep your body, mind and spirit, understand medical terminology, access the latest evidence on medical interventions, and learn holistic pain management tools. Body Ready Method assessment and personalized exercises included to prepare your body for an easier labor. Birth photography included. My package also includes a birth ball, exercise tools, TENS unit, aromatherapy, gift bag, and online childbirth education with the BEST teachers on the planet (Intentional Birth). A-la-carte prenatal exercise & birth prep sessions, $97 in-person, 15% discount for online.
