I wholeheartedly recommend Natalie as a doula.

We are so happy with our choice to have Natalie assist us with the birth of our baby and sincerely feel we couldn’t have chosen a better Doula to guide us! We interviewed a handful of wonderful Doulas, but what made Natalie outstanding was her calm demeanor, responsible nature and deep sense of knowledge!

In choosing a Doula, it was so important that I felt comfortable with her as I would be sharing a very private experience and Natalie’s ability to stay calm made me feel confident that she was who we needed on our team.

Natalie is more than just an amazing Doula, she is incredibly compassionate and an expert in guiding you to find the information you need to make the best choices using evidence-based knowledge. She is an incredible ally and an amazing person to talk to. She’s not just passionate about her role as a Doula but is genuinely there for you.

I’m so incredibly grateful for Natalie being an instrumental part of our birthing journey and credit her to having the birthing experience we wanted- without a c-section! We wouldn’t hesitate to ask her again if she was available.

Natalie is incredible. We hired her for the birth of our first child in summer of 2025. My partner and I were immediately drawn to her quiet self-assuredness, and how she innately understood our vision for an ideal birth experience and gently guided us to make that vision a reality. Natalie has an amazing ability to share her knowledge without imposing her opinions, and this allowed us to explore our own desires without fear of judgment. Ultimately we were overjoyed with our birth experience, and I attribute that entirely to Natalie and the support she provided us.

Natalie met with us several times prior to the due date. I wanted to attempt a natural birth, and Natalie created highly personalized mental and physical exercises that would help both me and my husband through the birth process. I had a lot of anxiety in late pregnancy, but each time we met I left feeling calm and excited again.

In the hospital Natalie brought a positive and calming presence. Several times I got frustrated feeling that labor was not progressing, but Natalie remained patient and reassuring. I was really torn about starting Pitocin, and Natalie helped me explore my feelings around that until I was able to arrive at a decision.

As labor intensified, I remember Natalie’s face and voice like a guiding light through each contraction. Whenever I began to lose composure, Natalie helped me focus on just getting through the present moment. Her expertise and composure also allowed my husband to remain calm and trust that I would be ok.

In the end I achieved an epidural-free Pitocin birth (no small feat). I fully credit this to Natalie’s equanimity, reassurance, and guidance. Having someone so experienced and confident about the birth process allowed me to trust her fully, and in turn trust myself. Natalie helped us achieve the raw and powerful birth we desired, and I truly feel I could never have done it without her.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Natalie's presence during my pregnancy/birth! From the first meeting she was so easy to talk to, so encouraging, kind, supportive, and positive. During pregnancy she helped me get over my fears about birth, answered any questions I had, and believed in me! During labor she was a calm spirit, advocate, & she offered different techniques to cope with the pain. I truly believe I got through natural birth because of her! She is truly a gift to any family expecting a baby! 10/10 would recommend.

First of all, thank you, Natalie for making everything simple and easy for us. From the moment we met we had a great connection with you, you really gave us the security we  needed with the new journey we are facing towards the birth of our FIRST baby. The sessions with you were informative, funny and with a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend you to other people I know and just to make it clear I enjoy it more than my wife.  Thanks again, Shir and Yael.

I want to recommend Natalie as a doula from a husband and new dad’s perspective. She was such a great support for both my wife and me throughout the whole process. During the antepartum visits, she shared helpful information and answered our questions, which really helped ease our stress and made us feel more prepared.

When it came time for labor and delivery, Natalie was there with us the whole night. She guided my wife through different positions, kept encouraging her, and really helped us stay calm and focused. Her presence made a big difference—I felt much more confident and comfortable knowing she was there.

It was a great experience working with Natalie, and I’m truly grateful for her support. I’d definitely recommend her to any expecting parents looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and reliable doula.

I highly recommend Natalie for anyone interested in a natural birth! I had my first baby girl and knew I wanted a doula. After our initial conversation, I new she was the one to support us for the birth.

When my contractions started, everything happened fast, so we went to the hospital and met Natalie there.

She was calm and helped me stay calm even though I was in a lot of pain. She pressed my back, offered different positions, and gave my husband tips on how to support me himself. He wanted to take an active role in the birth and Natalie guided him so he would be involved, and it was great for all of us.

I wanted to push on all fours, and Natalie helped me advocate for that. She and my husband squeezed my hips when I was pushing, which was so helpful. She whispered encouraging words in my ear, which helped me stay positive and focused.

I had my daughter with no tears, just like I wished for.

This birth was just an amazing experience, and I could not have done it without Natalie’s help!

Natalie saved me.

She was my doula, but she was more than that.

In the middle of the night, in labor, laughing, crying, she was there.

She made me believe that whatever I wished for would come true.

And even though all my providers said I had low chance of having a VBAC, especially a natural one, Natalie encourgaed me – “We will do it. Together”.

So after hours of contractions, thanks to the magical bubble she created around me, she helped my dream come true.

I would highly recommend Natalie to any mother to be who's looking for support in her birth.
