I attend births at any location, I use different methods to support and help during labor. One of them is spinning babies, which is adding balance and movement that might help the baby navigate through the pelvis, if there's any need for that :)

My childbirth education background helps me guide parents in pregnancy to better connect with themselves and be better prepared for their birth and postpartum.

I would be honored to join you on your journey! I think every baby comes to the world in their own unique way. I would be there to support you and your family until you'll meet your baby and for the time after. My birth doula package includes: 2 in person prenatal visits, support via phone / text during pregnancy, In person support on the birth day, and 1 in person postpartum support. We will talk about how to prepare for the birth, mentally, and physically, so you would feel confident towards your birth, and for what comes after. Looking forward to talking to you!
