Ava is amazing! As a first time mom with an unplanned pregnancy, there were lots of things I was unsure of, and lots of things I just didn't know about pregnancy and delivery. Just after meeting up with Ava the first time, I knew SO much more about what to expect during birth than I knew before. She's so knowledgeable and explains everything so well! I felt very informed and supported throughout my pregnancy. 
At the beginning of my pregnancy I wasn't planning on having a Doula, but a friend got me in touch with Ava and I am so glad she did! I would highly recommend her to anyone planning on having a baby or who is already pregnant, and would love to have her again for future pregnancies!

My experience with Ava as my Dula was everything i was looking for in a dula and more. It was a very personal experience and i wouldn't have wanted it with anyone else. Pregnancy and birth can bring up fast changing complications, and with each one that happened i felt as if Ava was ready to help explain and walk me through each obstacle. I felt very calm and safe with Ava by my side. She has so much knowledge and passion for this field i'm amaized! definitely recommend, and if i have more kids in the future will definitely be giving Ava a call!!
