We had Lorena help us through our LO's first month of life. As a first time mama, I leaned on her guidance and support to navigate thise days. She always showed up with warmth, encouragement and deep care for all of us through that first month and we won't forget how much it meant for us. I am excited to have her support us again while my husband is on his business trip next week!

We feel very lucky to have gotten to work with Lorena—having her and Paola with us for 10+ weeks after our first daughter was born was a huge help. Lorena has a very warm and calm presence, and I felt very comfortable having her take care of me and the baby in my vulnerable and sleep deprived state. Our baby also took a lot of comfort in Lorena’s presence, and would instantly snuggle up to her when Lorena arrived to help out. In general, Lorena was very good at figuring out what to do to help settle our baby down, and our baby would often smile at her during the middle of the night diaper changes. It felt like the two of them had a real connection, and that Lorena was caring for our baby as she would her own. She also made sure to hold our baby upright for 20+ minutes after every feed to reduce any acid reflux issues and was very prompt and reliable. With Lorena’s help, our baby was sleeping 11 hours with either no wakeups or 1 wake up by 10 weeks. We would definitely work with Lorena again!

We loved Lorena! She's sweet and cared for our child as if it was her own. She helped me at a time that I was very vulnerable and needed some sleep. She was great with my baby, so calm and grounded. She also gave us some advice on sleep and feeding that was very helpful. We recommend Lorena to any parent looking for a night doula!

Lorena was a wonderful support for our family, and I’m so grateful for her care. As the backup doula to our main doula, she stepped in seamlessly, bringing the same warmth, patience, and expertise. She was always on time, highly communicative, and incredibly reliable, which made all the difference during those early, exhausting weeks.

Lorena is incredibly patient, especially in the toughest moments. I’ll never forget the night when my daughter was fussy and inconsolable; Lorena worked with me so calmly and reassuringly to soothe her. She never rushed the process, always making sure both my baby and I felt fully supported.

We cannot be more grateful for Lorena. She is an exceptional doula. I had a difficult labor with a tough recovery, and I don’t think I could have made it through the first month postpartum without Lorena’s incredible support. She helped me get desperately needed rest especially during those tough first four weeks. I was hesitant at first at the thought of having someone else care for my baby, but all those fears immediately disappeared in meeting Lorena and watching her with our son.  We worked with her for 10 weeks caring for our newborn son and could not be happier. She was always on time and is extremely professional. Most importantly, Lorena loves children and is devoted to caring for them.  She wants the best for your baby and to help you in your parenting journey. Our son is a great sleeper thanks to her techniques and all the training and support she provided to us. She was so kind and supportive when I was struggling with breastfeeding at the beginning and dealing with postpartum hormones. She was non-judgmental of the choices we made as parents and respectful of our home. She was so loving and kind to our son. She would genuinely light up seeing him and was just as happy as us to see him change and grow. It was the absolutely, the best decision we ever made.  I will be forever grateful to have had Lorena be part of the first months of our son’s life and our family.

I had the privilege of being supported by Lorena Monroy during the birth of my baby and the postpartum period. She stayed by my side for 26 hours during labor, providing incredible emotional and practical support. Lorena used pain management techniques that made all the difference, and above all, she helped me stay calm and confident through every step.

In the postpartum period, Lorena continued to be essential, teaching me techniques like swaddling and helping me with lactation techniques more effectively and comfortably. The emotional support I received from her was invaluable, especially during such a delicate and transformative moment.

Additionally, Lorena’s presence was very well-received by my family, who loved how she involved them and helped make this moment even more special.
