As a doula, I am confident and well-prepared to support you in a hospital setting. With nearly a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, I bring deep knowledge of the medical environment and the birth process. This experience allows me to work seamlessly with hospital staff while advocating for your needs, ensuring you receive the best possible care during your birth. Whether you're planning a natural birth, a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), or have a different birth plan in mind, I’m here to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your hospital birth experience. I am also VBAC-certified, and I specialize in supporting families through this journey with confidence and care.

I am confident and well-prepared to support you in a birth center environment. With nearly a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, I bring in-depth knowledge of the birth process and a strong understanding of medical protocols. This experience allows me to provide calm, reassuring support while collaborating with midwives and birth center staff.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I am confident and well-prepared to support you through a home birth. With nearly a decade of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, I bring a strong understanding of the birth process and the ability to adapt to any situation that may arise. My experience allows me to offer calm, knowledgeable support while working closely with your midwife and any other support people you have.

As a labor and delivery nurse, I have had the privilege of caring for over 1,000 families as they bring their babies earthside. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the staggering statistic that 1 in 3 people describe their birth experience as traumatic. It’s been studied and proven that continuous labor support from a doula significantly increases the likelihood of a positive birth experience. This is exactly why I became a doula – to help families have a birth experience they can look back on with joy and confidence. Currently, my goal is to support one family per month, allowing me to open up time in my schedule for pro bono work. I want to ensure that people who may not otherwise have access to a doula can still experience continuous labor support during their birth.

Fee Details

Fee: $2,400 (All-Inclusive) This flat fee covers all of my services for your birth journey, including: Birth Doula Support: Personalized care and guidance throughout your labor and delivery. Birth Photography: Capturing beautiful moments during your birth experience. 2 Prenatal Visits: Preparing and planning for your birth, answering questions, and discussing preferences. On-Call for Birth (from 38 weeks gestation): Available 24/7 starting at 38 weeks, ensuring I'm there when you need me. Labor Support: Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during your labor. 1 Postpartum Visit: Checking in after birth to offer support, resources, and guidance during your early days with baby. Everything you need for a positive birth experience, all wrapped into one simple, comprehensive fee.
