We are beyond grateful to have had Bethany as our doula throughout our first pregnancy and postpartum journey. From the beginning, she brought a beautiful balance of knowledge, compassion, and cultural awareness into our experience.

As a Filipino family, it meant so much to us that Bethany honored and valued our ancestral heritage in her care. She made space for traditions, cultural practices, and generational wisdom in a way that felt deeply respectful and affirming, making our journey feel more grounded and meaningful.

One of the things we appreciated most was her incredible patience, calmness, and grounding energy. During overwhelming moments, she had a way of centering us and bringing peace into the space. Her presence alone was reassuring.

Bethany was also extremely flexible and understanding with our ever-changing schedules, always meeting us with grace and genuine care. No matter how hectic things became, she consistently showed up for us with heart.

We loved her knowledge around nourishing meal and drink preparation throughout my pregnancy. Her thoughtful recipes and recommendations helped me feel supported physically and emotionally.

Her incorporation of sound bowl therapy and guided meditative yoga for both my partner and me was another beautiful part of her care. These sessions created space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and meaningful connection. We cherished those moments of stillness and bonding with each other and our baby.

We’re especially thankful we were connected to her through one of our cousins—it truly feels like a blessing that our paths crossed. Having someone we trusted so deeply during such a vulnerable season made all the difference.

We are forever grateful for the role Bethany played in supporting our family and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, culturally conscious, and dependable doula care.

Bethany was a very supportive doula. While my birth didn't go the way I had hoped or dreamed, she was extremely encouraging and affirming throughout the process! I especially loved our prenatal sessions with her, I loved how we didn't feel rushed and she helped my husband and I feel very prepared for the birth. I also appreciated her tender care during the postpartum visit. She has some great, unique offerings available too and is constantly learning new techniques!

Bethany was our postpartum doula, and she was lovely to have by our side in the overwhelming first few months of bringing baby home. She’s warm, supportive, and extremely thoughtful--always anticipating what might be needed in the moment. She made us feel more confident and cared for. We’re so thankful for her help and kindness!

Bethany was the best doula I could've asked for! Her calming presence and gentle suggestions throughout my third trimester, labor, and delivery were unparalleled in value. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to cope well with the pain of a natural birth, that I wouldn't know my body well enough to "be able to do it," and that I wouldn't be able to advocate for myself in a hospital setting. Bethany helped make space for talking through decisions made throughout the process labor, from beginning to end. She brought different foods (my love language) to the birth, such as warm bone broth, which I was able to sip throughout. She gave my husband the tools to be great support to me, and she took photos when baby was born! Postpartum, she has provided my family with delicious and nutritious homemade meals, teas, and snacks for breastfeeding, as well as abundant social and emotional support. I am forever grateful for Bethany!
