Hi I'm Lana - doula, childbirth educator, and birth photographer serving families across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. With over a decade of experience supporting births in both Dubai and Chicagoland, I bring a rich, cross-cultural perspective to my care. My journey in birth work started with birth photography, and I quickly knew this was my calling. Now, as a mother of three, and a practicing Muslim, I offer care that is rooted in evidence-based practices and compassion. I'm well-versed in Islamic birth traditions and I'm honored to support families who wish to incorporate their faith into their birthing experience. Fluent in both Arabic and English, I aim to create inclusive, affirming spaces where families feel seen, heard, and empowered—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
