I spent 1 year volunteering, as an intern, at a local birth center to assist mothers and midwifes through labor and delivery. There was a lot of knowledge that I gained from that experience and I would do it 100 times over again. Every birth was unique in its' own way and each one holds a special place in my heart! During this time, I decided to become a birth doula to help provide women with education, comfort, and support during such a sacred time. Doula service for me is a labor of love and has never felt like "work" to me. Every woman deserves to feel heard, seen, understood, and advocated for in all stages of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Nurture The Divine is rooted in serving and empowering women to achieve the birth experience of their dreams. There is so much transformation that occurs during all 4 trimesters of pregnancy and it’s important for women to feel understood, heard, and validated during this sacred time. My doula approach encompasses physical, emotional, educational, and energetic support in a warm and loving space. My goal is to bring truly comprehensive, safe, healing, and whole-hearted doula care to all the beautiful families that I am blessed to interact with. I truly believe there is immense value in providing a safe space for the divine feminine to shine. Even when medical interventions may be necessary for the safety of mom and baby, the sacred nature of birth can still be preserved. Please see my website for more details on birth and labor packages!
