2009: Founding member for Sacramento Regional Perinatal Mental Health Network's program, "A Mother's Heart". The mission is to serve women and their families in the Greater Sacramento area who are at risk for or are experiencing a pregnancy-related or postpartum mood or anxiety disorder.

Congrats and welcome to this incredible journey into parenthood! You have made an important decision to hire a Doula. My focus is to make sure that no matter what the journey holds for you, you and your partner have a positive experience. We cannot predict what will happen however my job is to make sure you are heard, valued, supported, and empowered during your labor and postpartum. For 15 years I have helped couples as a childbirth educator and Doula. I also have special training in couple communication, PMAD and as a Bringing Baby Home Educator. I look forward to talking with you! My services include: Two 90 minute private childbirth prep sessions customized to help you prepare for labor and postpartum, ongoing phone/email support during pregnancy to 4 months postpartum, on-call 24/7 beginning at 38 weeks for the birth, continuous labor support, 1-2 postpartum visits.
