2009: Founding member for Sacramento Regional Perinatal Mental Health Network's program, "A Mother's Heart". The mission is to serve women and their families in the Greater Sacramento area who are at risk for or are experiencing a pregnancy-related or postpartum mood or anxiety disorder.

Fee Details

Rose Package $1500 Four 90 minute private childbirth prep sessions customized to help you prepare for labor and postpartum, ongoing phone/email support during pregnancy to 6 weeks after delivery, on-call 24/7 beginning at 38 weeks for the birth, continuous labor support, 1 postpartum visit. Lilac Package $1800 All of what is included in the Rose package + Bringing Baby Home 2-day workshop for you and your partner I have been a birth doula and certified childbirth educator with The Bradley Method for 15 years including attending births as a birth assistant for a midwife at a birth center. I am a certified Gottman Educator for Bringing Baby Home workshops and authorized leader for Mastering the Mysteries of Love: a couple communication skills program. My experience with PPD led me to develop a recovery program for moms that includes resources and partner education. My passion is to support you and your partner in having a positive birth experience from pregnancy to parenthood.
