I had an excellent experience working with Sasha as my doula for my first birth. From prenatal preparation through delivery and post-birth follow-up, she was consistently engaged and available for me and my husband by phone or text. Sasha is warm, knowledgeable, and experienced, with a calm, practical approach that helped me feel prepared and confident. She took the time to understand my preferences, offered guidance where I was unsure, and advocated for me throughout the process. During the birth, she brought energy, levity, and focus, staying with us in the delivery suite into the early morning hours. My husband and I would recommend working with Sasha without reservation.

My husband and I loved working with Sasha and would highly recommend her! From the initial meet and greet, Sasha was very warm, open, and professional. She got to know both of us beforehand so that we felt very comfortable with leaning on her before, during, and after the birth. Sasha helped prepare me for my preferred birth plan, and then easily switched with me as I changed my mind about pain medication at the hospital. We were glad to have her in the hospital room to answer questions, provide reassurances, and follow up with the nurses. She was very responsive to our texts and calls throughout and has continued to reach out in thoughtful ways. I would 100% ask Sasha to be my doula again for a future birth.

Sasha is warm, kind and very easy to talk to and laugh with. She took care of my baby while I took a nap or showered in the early weeks where baby just wants to be held. Sasha also did some food prep for us including our older kids lunches for the next day, washing dishes which was tremendously helpful as these tasks are so difficult to find the time to do. Sasha always had words of encouragement for me when I was struggling with nursing and balancing life as a mom of 3 boys. I wish Sasha could come over every week and we will always be truly grateful for her support to our family.

We worked with Sasha as our postpartum doula after our second child was born, and I am *so* happy and grateful that we did. Sasha is the best. She has an incredibly warm, calming presence that made it feel like a supportive friend had shown up to help us through the chaos of the early newborn stage. Sasha is very intuitive. She often she just noticed what would be most helpful and did it. She also happily took on things we asked for and supported our entire family, for example by playing with our older child, doing newborn care, folding laundry, cooking meals, and running small errands.
I really appreciated how flexible and non-prescriptive Sasha was. We had worked with another postpartum doula after our first, and while she was helpful, our previous postpartum doula had specific routines and practices she really wanted us to follow. Sasha was the opposite; she followed our lead and supported the way we wanted to do things as a family. She adapted to us rather than expecting us to adapt to her, which made everything feel so much easier during an already overwhelming time.
I highly, highly recommend Sasha!

We immediately bonded with Sasha due to her warmth, open-heartedness, and expertise, so it was an easy decision to pick her as our doula for our first baby! She was a great resource throughout the pregnancy, answering our random questions promptly and without any judgment. I can't imagine going through labor without her by our side. She was a source of strength as I went through the many hours of contractions. And she was a pleasure to have in the room to boot! We feel like we've gained a dear friend through the process and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I can’t recommend Sasha enough! From pregnancy through labor, delivery, and postpartum, she was an incredible source of comfort and support. Having someone so calming by my side made all the difference for me during such a big life transition. She was always available when I needed her, which gave me so much peace of mind, and she answered every question I had with patience and care. Her presence was reassuring, her knowledge was invaluable, and her kindness was exactly what I needed. Truly a 10/10 experience—I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

We are so incredibly grateful we hired Sasha as our doula. From our prenatal meetings to our postpartum check-in, she made us feel very supported. She was always available to address our questions and concerns, which helped us feel prepared for labor and delivery. During labor, Sasha's presence was invaluable. She truly helped me work through the pain and knowing she was there to navigate labor gave us so much peace of mind. And though we had spent little time together, because she took the time to get to know us and has a comforting personality, it felt like having a friend there rather than a stranger. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doula!

as a second time mom, i knew what kind of support i needed postpartum, a mix of practical help, a little breathing room for myself, and someone i could trust with my newborn. sasha was incredible from day one. she showed up on time, every time, with the calmest energy. she held my baby with such care, fed him, and somehow he was always the most content in her arms.
beyond the baby care, i just needed someone to talk to. sasha, being a mom of two herself, completely understood the juggling act of parenting. we could commiserate, share stories, and laugh about the chaos. she was both a calming and fun presence in my home, and i truly looked forward to the days she came over. i’m so grateful for her and for those few hours during the week where i felt like i could 'unplug'.

I hired Sasha as my postpartum doula, to help me three days a week for a month while my husband was at work. She was a lifesaver and I honestly don't know how I could have gotten through postpartum without her. Sasha ran errands, helped with laundry and dishes, cleaned, cared for my baby, and answered all my first-time mom questions. As a certified doula, she had a wealth of professional knowledge. But as a mom herself, she also had incredible warmth and compassion for my experiences. She went above and beyond in supporting me in breastfeeding and accompanying me to a pediatrician appointment with my baby. She also anticipated my needs, including organizing my baby’s toys in a way that she knew would make me happy.
I was worried about what it would be like to have someone I didn’t know in my house for hours at a time, but I felt so comfortable. Sasha sensed when to be unobtrusive and let me nap or spend quality time with my husband, and also knew when I needed social interaction and advice. I took the BEST naps while Sasha expertly cared for my baby and kept herself constantly busy helping around the house.
My baby adored Sasha, and she was amazing at caring for him. She kept him happy, clean, and fed, but also worked on milestones with him like tummy time and play time.
Overall, I could not recommend Sasha more highly. I have recommended her to people that I know personally, in addition to writing this review. If I have another baby, I would absolutely hire Sasha again and I know I would have the same wonderful, comfortable experience that I had this time.

I worked with Sasha as a post-partum doula and cannot recommed her more highly. Sasha is compassionate, calm, and knowledgeable. She was flexible with her schedule and also very reliable. Sasha offered valuable advice and care to me and my daughter, but was not pushy at all--which I really appreciated as a second time mom. Sasha was also quite easy to be around--having someone in your home a few days after giving birth can be vulnerable, but Sasha was really respectful and I enjoyed spending time with her.

Sasha was an amazing support to my husband and me throughout my pregnancy and during the birth of our daughter. I was a bit hesitant to hire a doula, as I wasn't sure it was necessary since I liked and trusted my medical team. I also was planning to have an epidural and felt a lot of doulas push for non medicated births. However, hiring Sasha was one of the best decisions I made in pregnancy and I truly can't imagine my birth without her. I wasn't sure what to expect in childbirth as a first time mom. Sasha reassured me every step of the way. In the last few weeks of pregnancy Sasha and I texted every couple of days to discuss any changes I was feeling and to provide encouragement. I was so glad I had Sasha on my team when my water broke, as she provided great advice throughout the early hours of labor before arriving at the hospital. She beat us to the hospital and provided such amazing support throughout labor and delivery. I hadn't realized how little the nurses are in the room with you during labor so to have Sasha there to support me (and my husband!) was critical to making me feel safe and supported throughout labor. I truly don't know how we would have done it without her. In addition to support during labor and delivery, she was very helpful in discussing a birth plan, how to manage early labor and came over for a post-birth session to check in. She was a safe place to discuss my feelings about pregnancy and birth and supported me throughout the journey in every way. I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough!

Working with Sasha has been the greatest blessing of our pregnancy and birth of our daughter. From our first phone call, she eased me and my husbands anxiety about birth, hospitals, and everything in between. During our first session with Sasha, we discussed what should be included in a birth plan and how a birth plan could help us during our labor and delivery. Sasha was able to clearly and effectively explain the different expereinces we could have with a vaginal birth, c-section, and induction. We had a few complications throughout our pregnancy. We kept Sasha up to date and she was able to pivot our plans for birth accordingly. We ended up needing to be induced with a very quick turn around. Sasha was available for us throughout the entire induction despite this being many weeks before our due date. Sasha's calming presence and friendly demeanor during delivery was so helpful especially for us first time parents who had no idea what to expect. Since having our child, Sasha has come over to our house to check in on us. She spent time helping with lactation and just giving us a break so we could do little tasks around the house. We could not recommend Sasha enough! I think hiring her to help us was the best thing we could have done in preparation for the birth of our daughter.

Sasha was an amazing postpartum doula for me and my family. She was kind, loving, calm, and SO helpful. As a postpartum mother I was only thinking of other people's needs, not my own, but Sasha was there to help ME. When she was around I was able to relax and nap which is so important and useful in those early days. I really appreciated her help and I wish I had her help after my older two children were born. She really put my mind at ease and did so in an effortless manner.

We had a wonderful experience with Sasha as our birth doula! She was recommended to us by a friend, and we immediately loved her. I was really scared of birth and was not feeling very reassured by doctors, so I sought out a doula who would help me feel supported, safe, and maybe even joyful during labor. After our first consultaiton with Sasha, I told my husband that I already felt calmer about childbirth. He was also excited about having her as a support person. In the sessions leading up to my due date, Sasha checked in with us about how we were feeling, walked us through different scenarios, explained birth to me while being really sensitive to my fears, and taught us some positions and coping strategies. She helped me write a birth plan that I felt really good about, gave me resources for stretching, lactation consultants, and how to pack my hospital bag, and was always available via text/phone. When my due date finally came, I was induced, and my labor was as smooth as can be. I felt so good about the whole experience; I never thought I'd say I actually enjoyed giving birth to my daughter, but I really did. My labor was 18 hours, most of which I slept through as it was early labor and not much was happening. Active labor was about two hours, and pushing was about 20 minutes. Sasha was there the whole time, explaining what was going on (like when my baby's heart rate dropped for a while, she explaned that that's normal when being induced, and I felt realy calm), offering support to both my husband and me (taking turns with him stroking my hair at one point), keeping the environment calm and supportive (music, snacks, encouraging me to make noises, etc), and communicating beautifully with all the nurses and doctors (she brought copies of my birth plan and everyone took it super seriously). I really had an amazing experience, and I will never forget this beautiful process of labor. I recommend Sasha in a heartbeat!

Sasha was born to be a doula. No one cares more about creating the space for a positive birthing experience and advocating for her clients. Sasha can be both soft and also authoritative (when she needs to be) and cares so so much about her clients' needs. Her positivity radiates and she has a completely disarming quality to her personality that can put anyone at ease. I only wish that I'd had her for the birth of my first child too - I know it would have been a completely different experience with her there.
I know first hand how important it is to have a positive birth experience and how much this short period affects the next few months of your (and your baby's) lives - having Sasha there to advocate will make all the difference in those beginning stages with your new baby.
Working with Sasha was an amazing experience from start to finish. I immediately felt at ease during our intro call and felt that she really listened to us and made sure to understand our priorities and needs. When the time came, she stood firmly on what we'd discussed and I really felt like she was speaking directly through me. It was comforting to know that I didn't have to worry about the doctors and could just focus on the birth, knowing Sasha would take care of making sure our needs were met.
When our baby came, Sasha was both respectful of our space but also felt like such an integral part of it - she was right there with us.
Thank you for everything!

The birth of our second child was one of the most transformative experiences of our lives, and having Sasha as our doula was a blessing. From the start, her positive energy and calm confidence reassured us. She didn’t just support us—she became an integral part of the journey, and we can’t imagine navigating it without her.
As a dad, I was nervous about my role, unsure how to help. Sasha completely changed that dynamic. She made me feel like part of a team, ensuring I was present and engaged in every moment. She gave me meaningful ways to support my partner and explained everything happening in real time, creating a strong sense of unity.
Sasha’s patience and ability to communicate were unmatched. She guided us through every decision, giving us just enough information to feel informed without overwhelming us. We wanted a natural birth, and while she couldn’t guarantee anything, Sasha ensured our goals were clear to everyone. She brought our plan into the room—not just as an idea, but as a living document everyone respected.
One moment stands out: during labor, the doctor and midwife suggested something that didn’t align with our birth plan. We were unsure how to respond, feeling vulnerable and tired. Sasha calmly stepped in, asking for a pause so we could discuss. She reminded the team of our preferences while helping us weigh the options. Because of her, we felt empowered to stick to our plan, leading to the outcome we had hoped for. Her advocacy meant everything to us.
Her thoughtfulness sets her apart. She’s become part of our family, and we’re so grateful to continue our relationship. Sasha helped make our birth everything we hoped for—and more. We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you again Sasha!

We had a wonderful experience working with Sasha! She was very thorough before labor, during and post partum. We had multiple meetings (she can meet in person and virtually), to answer questions, go over expectations and birth plans (and help plan things for things I didn't even know would come up). She was extremely responsive, resassuring and non judgemental to everything we talked about. Sasha helped with laboring at home and in the hospital. I believe my labor progressed as quickly as it did because of positions she recommended. She was not only supportive of my mental and physcial well being, but also a great help to my partner. My labor progressed quickly and the medical team did not have enough time to explain what was happening to him, but Sasha was able to put him at ease. Sasha followed up after delivery checking in on all of us, admiring our little one, and making sure I had the appropriate resources needed to succeed with a newborn. I can not recommed Sasha enough. She is knowledgable, personable and really passionate about making your birth experience a positive one.
