Sasha was an amazing postpartum doula for me and my family. She was kind, loving, calm, and SO helpful. As a postpartum mother I was only thinking of other people's needs, not my own, but Sasha was there to help ME. When she was around I was able to relax and nap which is so important and useful in those early days. I really appreciated her help and I wish I had her help after my older two children were born. She really put my mind at ease and did so in an effortless manner.

We had a wonderful experience with Sasha as our birth doula! She was recommended to us by a friend, and we immediately loved her. I was really scared of birth and was not feeling very reassured by doctors, so I sought out a doula who would help me feel supported, safe, and maybe even joyful during labor. After our first consultaiton with Sasha, I told my husband that I already felt calmer about childbirth. He was also excited about having her as a support person. In the sessions leading up to my due date, Sasha checked in with us about how we were feeling, walked us through different scenarios, explained birth to me while being really sensitive to my fears, and taught us some positions and coping strategies. She helped me write a birth plan that I felt really good about, gave me resources for stretching, lactation consultants, and how to pack my hospital bag, and was always available via text/phone. When my due date finally came, I was induced, and my labor was as smooth as can be. I felt so good about the whole experience; I never thought I'd say I actually enjoyed giving birth to my daughter, but I really did. My labor was 18 hours, most of which I slept through as it was early labor and not much was happening. Active labor was about two hours, and pushing was about 20 minutes. Sasha was there the whole time, explaining what was going on (like when my baby's heart rate dropped for a while, she explaned that that's normal when being induced, and I felt realy calm), offering support to both my husband and me (taking turns with him stroking my hair at one point), keeping the environment calm and supportive (music, snacks, encouraging me to make noises, etc), and communicating beautifully with all the nurses and doctors (she brought copies of my birth plan and everyone took it super seriously). I really had an amazing experience, and I will never forget this beautiful process of labor. I recommend Sasha in a heartbeat!

Sasha was born to be a doula. No one cares more about creating the space for a positive birthing experience and advocating for her clients. Sasha can be both soft and also authoritative (when she needs to be) and cares so so much about her clients' needs. Her positivity radiates and she has a completely disarming quality to her personality that can put anyone at ease. I only wish that I'd had her for the birth of my first child too - I know it would have been a completely different experience with her there.
I know first hand how important it is to have a positive birth experience and how much this short period affects the next few months of your (and your baby's) lives - having Sasha there to advocate will make all the difference in those beginning stages with your new baby.
Working with Sasha was an amazing experience from start to finish. I immediately felt at ease during our intro call and felt that she really listened to us and made sure to understand our priorities and needs. When the time came, she stood firmly on what we'd discussed and I really felt like she was speaking directly through me. It was comforting to know that I didn't have to worry about the doctors and could just focus on the birth, knowing Sasha would take care of making sure our needs were met.
When our baby came, Sasha was both respectful of our space but also felt like such an integral part of it - she was right there with us.
Thank you for everything!

The birth of our second child was one of the most transformative experiences of our lives, and having Sasha as our doula was a blessing. From the start, her positive energy and calm confidence reassured us. She didn’t just support us—she became an integral part of the journey, and we can’t imagine navigating it without her.
As a dad, I was nervous about my role, unsure how to help. Sasha completely changed that dynamic. She made me feel like part of a team, ensuring I was present and engaged in every moment. She gave me meaningful ways to support my partner and explained everything happening in real time, creating a strong sense of unity.
Sasha’s patience and ability to communicate were unmatched. She guided us through every decision, giving us just enough information to feel informed without overwhelming us. We wanted a natural birth, and while she couldn’t guarantee anything, Sasha ensured our goals were clear to everyone. She brought our plan into the room—not just as an idea, but as a living document everyone respected.
One moment stands out: during labor, the doctor and midwife suggested something that didn’t align with our birth plan. We were unsure how to respond, feeling vulnerable and tired. Sasha calmly stepped in, asking for a pause so we could discuss. She reminded the team of our preferences while helping us weigh the options. Because of her, we felt empowered to stick to our plan, leading to the outcome we had hoped for. Her advocacy meant everything to us.
Her thoughtfulness sets her apart. She’s become part of our family, and we’re so grateful to continue our relationship. Sasha helped make our birth everything we hoped for—and more. We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you again Sasha!

We had a wonderful experience working with Sasha! She was very thorough before labor, during and post partum. We had multiple meetings (she can meet in person and virtually), to answer questions, go over expectations and birth plans (and help plan things for things I didn't even know would come up). She was extremely responsive, resassuring and non judgemental to everything we talked about. Sasha helped with laboring at home and in the hospital. I believe my labor progressed as quickly as it did because of positions she recommended. She was not only supportive of my mental and physcial well being, but also a great help to my partner. My labor progressed quickly and the medical team did not have enough time to explain what was happening to him, but Sasha was able to put him at ease. Sasha followed up after delivery checking in on all of us, admiring our little one, and making sure I had the appropriate resources needed to succeed with a newborn. I can not recommed Sasha enough. She is knowledgable, personable and really passionate about making your birth experience a positive one.
