Sarah has been so helpful to us providing both daytime support with baby care/helping us catch up with some of our housework and evening support so we could get a break and have time to focus on our relationship. She brings a very calm and caring presence and our little guy seems to love her - would highly recommend hiring Sarah if you need some extra support!

Sarah came into our lives after the birth of our first child. As a first time mom, I was overwhelmed with all the "firsts" and was so thankful to have Sarah come to support me throughout the first 6 months. Doula care is unique in that they are really their for you as the mom. Whether it's somebody to talk too about all the baby things and FTM anxiety, time to take a shower or a massage, having someone bring you a cup of tea and heat pad around your neck, somebody you can trust through the night with your newborn so you can sleep, somebody who leaves your home better then they found it, somwbody who can hold and comfort your baby when you're all "touched out", somebody who checks in with you and holds space for you ... Sarah is all these things and more. I will forever be grateful for her support - it takes a village to raise a child and Sarah is somebody you want in your comer so that you can enjoy this precious time even more and have the energy to give back to others. Thank you Sarah!

It's a little scary trusting your little one to somebody you don't know. But from the first moment we met Sarah I knew that our kid was in good hands. Sarah radiates both a calm warm energy and deep competence. We've worked with her fo several months - mostly as a day doula but the occasional night shifts as well. There was no situation where she seemed the least flustered. More than that her calmness let two first time parents relax a little. 

I've very happily worked with Sarah to help care for my precious child. I've recommended her to friends that were exploring using a doula. And I would highly recommend her without any hesitation to any reader of this review.

I don't know what we would've done without Sarah. She took care of all of us after a traumatic birth and c-section. She just knew what to do before we even know what we needed help with. Literally crying right now thinking about how smooth my post partem experience was, largely becaue of her support.

Sarah came through for us in a big way when we were in a pinch. We had only been home from the hospital for one night when we realized our plans for support at night were not going to work due to some last-minute changes. Sarah was the first person to respond when we needed help urgently. We could not be more grateful to her. She joined us in our home when our baby was only a few days old and we all felt instantly comfortable with her kind, patient, and attentive presence. She cared for both our baby and us, making sure we all got the rest that we needed. She also went above and beyond, helping us find additional support through her network when we needed it. I had the pleasure of hiring Sarah for two consecutive days to care for my 12mo son while he was recovering from the flu and couldn’t attend daycare. I was working from home and needed someone I could trust to give him the attention and care he needed—and Sarah was exactly that person.

She has a natural, calming presence. From the moment she walked in, my son relaxed, as if he’d known her forever. It’s rare to see that kind of immediate connection, and it made a world of difference during a tough week. Sarah is incredibly experienced, reliable, and thoughtful. She followed all my instructions with care and made me feel completely at ease while I focused on work.

I’m so grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to call her again.

Sarah was our overnight doula for our 3 month old. She was calm and very capable. I immediately felt comfortable having her in our home and I had a great sleep that was desperately needed!

Sarah was with us as a doula and child care provider for many years. She was a grounding presence in our home. She was always reliable and generous with her time and skills. She fed our kids well, read to them, took them on adventures, and wasn't daunted by bedtimes or their high needs. We always knew they were safe and being more than cared for- she went out of her way for us time and time again. She became part of our family system, and now that she's a mom herself, I'm sure she brings even more skill to her vocation. It doesn't seem like a job for her, more of a calling. We were lucky to have her care for our babies and kids for as long as she did. Highest of recommendation.

Sarah taught me the basics of how to parent - before I was one. She was always flexible with her time, generous and kind to our whole family system, and I knew my kiddo was having fun and nurtured. So much so, that when I was birthing baby #2, she took care of toddler #1- for a few days! I don't remember if I called her to check in, or let her know it would be another 24 hours of labour, I just remember knowing my son was safe. She is a trusted member of our extended family.

We have been working with Sarah since our baby was 10 weeks old. From the moment we met her, we immediately noticed her calming presence that put both us and our baby at ease, and we never worry when we leave our son with her for any amount of time.

Not only is she wonderful with our son, Sarah’s knowledge of breastfeeding and nutrition is truly expansive. In a time of need, she took the time to understand my unique situation and provided practical, nonjudgmental guidance which helped our family immensely.

A mother of two herself, Sarah is very well versed in all things family and baby. When she is in to our home, she never hesitates to help in any way she can - whether it's changing a poopy diaper, walking our dog, putting our baby to sleep or tidying the kitchen. We are always thrilled to have her with us. 

We cannot reccomend her enough. She is truly one of a kind.

Sarah Has Been A Blessing !!!

 My partner and I had our first son just this September, and it was a rocky road since coming home from the hospital. At about 6 weeks things were becoming increasingly difficult and we were hitting a wall both emotionally and physically. We were in desperate need of help when we found Sarah. The day she showed up we felt as if we both didn't even have the strength to make it another day. She came in and took control and care of the baby like a super hero calming everyone down, and our anxiety turned to relief for the first time in weeks. We've continued to work with Sarah and wish we had her  assistance sooner, it's been a hugeee help and we don't know what we would've done without her. We've learned so much and she's provided us a space for emotional support whilst allowing us a physical break for rest. Her calming energy really helped us as much as our child and gave us the hope and support that we could make it through this challenging phase. I would recommend Sarah's services to anyone in need of a doula and already boast to all our friends and family about how great she is.
