Alexa was an absolute Godsend during my birth experience. From the moment labor began, she brought a calming presence that made me feel grounded and safe. I had planned to go natural, but there were moments when the pain felt so overwhelming that I questioned if I could continue without the epidural. Alexa never judged me for wavering; instead, she supported me wholeheartedly no matter what decision I might make.

When I turned to her for guidance and asked, “What should I do?” she would gently respond with, “How do you feel?” Those simple words were transformative. They reminded me to center myself, to trust my body, and to remember that the excruciating pain was temporary and part of something so much bigger. It was like she handed me back my strength every single time I felt like I couldn’t go on.

Alexa was my cheerleader, encouraging me at every step, and my advocate, making sure my voice was heard and my wishes respected. Because of her unwavering support and calm reassurance, I stayed committed to my birth plan and delivered my baby naturally—a moment I will cherish forever.

My birth experience truly could not have been better, and I owe so much of that to Alexa. I will forever be grateful for her guidance, compassion, and belief in me. She wasn’t just a doula—she was my anchor in one of the most important moments of my life. Thank you, Alexa, for everything.
