By signing up for my doula services, you’ll not only receive Superior Quality service & support throughout your pregnancy & delivery journey, but you’ll also be helping me meet requirements necessary for my certification. To help me reach my goal, I am offering discounted services to families due in December, January & February. As your Doula, I will help you: MAKE EDUCATED CHOICES - You will be provided with the information and resources necessary to understand typical interventions, minimize fear, and gain confidence in your birth choices. ASSERT YOUR DESIRES - To help you convey your labor and birth choices in a way that reflects your beliefs and what matters most to you, we will work together to develop a birth plan and communication tools. PREPARE FOR BIRTH - I will coach you and your partner on physical, mental and emotional techniques to help you unwind and feel at ease during the labor and delivery process.
