Annie was such an incredible part of birth experience with my daughter. From the start she was so proactive about keeping up with my pregnancy milestones, answering questions, guiding me with making decisions, and just overall being a great cheerleader and advocate!

after multiple meetings we had a really clear birth plan objective and goals/preferances i had set for myself which was amazing for my own mental health knowing i had someone who could help me and my husband calmly during labor while our emotions are running high.

when i went into a VERY hasty, sudden labor- Annie was THERE. She was so fast to meet us and jumped right into the delivery room with complete confidence and helped me tremendously with my unmedicated birth. With her help with pain managementt, it kept me centered and focused. My husband was also so greatful to have her there to help me manage pain so he could focus on me as well. It was a huge comfort and smooth process!! having that advocate in your corner with you during birth is so critical.

we really treasure our birth experience and the ease Annie brought to our experience. Thank you so much Annie!!??????

When Annie came into the picture, I knew I was working on a complicated pregnancy. My little one was coming into the world medically complex. Having Annie as a doula was soooo great. Pregnancy can get lonely, and it was great to speak with someone else about the things I was enduring. Not only this, but the resources shared with me were always building me up to the point of labor. I ended up having to throw my birth plan out of the delivery, but because I walked through a wide variety of things that could happen with delivery... I was able to remain calm and safely deliver my baby.

Annie is an amazing doula, and I would advocate for any first time parent to 1) seek prenatal support through a doula and 2) letting your doula be Annie.
