As your Postpartum Doula I will bring calm to the chaos. I will provide practical help, emotional support, and evidence-based education. I have a passion for helping families navigate this new chapter. The services I provide include, but are not limited to, newborn care, lactation and infant feeding support and education, household organization, meal prep and planning, and light housework. Whether you are bringing home your first child, or you are a seasoned parent, all families deserve support during the postpartum transition. I want all my families to feel supported and confident entering this new chapter!
