Sarah was our postpartum doula. Sarah is incredibly kind, reliable, and was a critical part of our support system for the first 6 weeks. She helped us troubleshoot things like fussy periods, walked us through many 'firsts', and also simply gave us the support we needed to take care of ourselves as first time parents (things like watching our son so that we could nap or cook a meal). We always knew our son was in the best of hands when Sarah was around. She is truly a wonderful calming presence. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a postpartum doula - Sarah is wonderful!!

Sarah was an unwavering source of support during one of the most physically and emotionally challenging experiences of my life. After choosing to have an at-home abortion, I found myself in the hospital due to unmanageable pain and later faced complications and prolonged bleeding for over two months. Through it all, Sarah was there—offering not just physical comfort, but deep emotional and mental support. She provided reassurance when I felt scared, advocated for me when I felt unheard, and helped me navigate the overwhelming aftermath with patience and compassion. Her presence was a lifeline, creating a safe space where I could process my emotions without judgment. Whether it was through gentle encouragement, grounding techniques, or simply holding space for my emotions, Sarah made sure I never felt alone in my healing process. I am beyond grateful for her kindness, knowledge, and unwavering care during such a difficult time.

We had a great experience with Sarah as our doula. As first-time parents, we were so grateful for Sarah’s knowledge and confidence. She came very prepared for our prenatal sessions, even doing research on my health conditions so she could support me in making informed decisions for our birth plan. Sarah was super accessible and answered all our questions thoughtfully in the time leading up to the birth. She was so respectful of our choices and preferences. Sarah was an amazing support during the labor, seamlessly jumping in and intuitively caring for my partner and I. We felt so fortunate to have Sarah as part of our birth team and highly recommend her!!

We had the pleasure of working with Sarah as our doula, and she was amazing from the very beginning. She was super flexible and incredibly easy to communicate with. Before her visit, she gave us a call to understand our baby's situation and ask what kind of support we needed most — it was clear right away that she genuinely cared about helping us feel prepared and supported.

Sarah arrived promptly and even brought a sweet gift for our newborn, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her experience really showed — she came equipped with her own white noise speaker and was so attentive to all the little details that made a big difference on our baby's first day home. She helped us understand what our baby needed and made the transition feel much less overwhelming.

On top of everything, Sarah is super easygoing and made us feel comfortable right away. We’re so glad we had her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doula.
