I operate as under a private-pay model, meaning fees are due at the time of booking. However, I hold a federal National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. Upon request, I will gladly provide you with a professional Superbill (an itemized medical receipt) after the birth. You can submit this directly to your insurance company or HSA/FSA administrator to seek reimbursement.
