Active Life Doula Service includes matrescence peer-mentorship regarding topics such as mother wounds, body image, birth trauma, familial/generational trauma. Each session will include a private fitness training component tailored to your needs and fitness level (Estimated value $65/hr). Nutrition support, lactation support, and herbal guidance is available upon request.
